"Relay Access Denied" on our application sign up account (which has not been touched)
We're getting "Relay Access Denied" bounce backs to our "no-reply" email account which sends users activation emails. There have been no configuration changes to the application server or network infrastructure. Can a member of Zoho's support team assist please?

When I went to sign up a new account I accidently entered an old mobile number, so I couldn't complete signup. When I try to sign up again I get the error "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho". cannot turn off two factor authentication
Hi, There is no longer a "disable" option under https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#security/authentication After much searching in this forum and google there is nothing I can find to turn it off. The only options in this page are what mode to use. After enabling this my server calls are not working. Obviously the server does not have a way to receive an sms and send that code to you.
pdf will not open in mail
I am having issues with opening pdf attachments in email. When I click to open, a blank page pops up that says about:blank. It will download the pdf to my download folder. I have to click on that and then open the pdf. This is very time consuming when I have a lot of pdfs to open. I amusing adobe acrobat, which is up to date as well as Mozilla which is up to date. Any suggestions?

I post this here to see if others experienced same issue: Losing emails in pst migration process into Zoho. Illustration: Carrefour folder was moved into its own pst file and uploaded. Zoho lost 58 e-mails (1993 in outlook and migration tool log, to only 1963 in Zoho and later down to 1935. Account Blocked - Business Impacting Issue
Hi, One of the accounts in our organization has been blocked and the reason is simply mentioned as "unknown" in the Mail&Docs control panel. Could you please unblock it since we need to carry on day to day business communications through it. Also let me know why it was blocked. Don't think we exceeded 10 per day bounce or 250 mails a day outgoing limit. Email ID is: info(at)karpassa(dot)com I have also attached screenshot. Zoho mail showing 2 sent messages
Using the outlook app from microsoft with zoho via exchange protocol, and using mail app on windows 10 with zoho exchange protocol, all messages are showing as being sent twice, but they are only sent once. Can this be rectified please? Thanks

CNAME Question - New User
When I create CNAME in my DNS provider' profile and set it to ZOHO Mail, would it route only emails to ZOHO or my web site as well? I have a web site on a server which works pretty well, but I need to migrate my email elsewhere - how could I do it without moving my web site anywhere from where it is now?
