I get a error every time i send an e-mail to this address, i tested the same content to other accounts and it works fine. I checked with the owner of the e-mail and they told me they use google business app. How can we fix this issue as I have other people i need to contact that use this service. Error Message: his message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. I'm sending what I'd consider to be a very normal level of emails out - maybe ten an hour - and they are being blocked because I have "too many messages". This is making my work email account completely unusable and I have had to switch to using my personal email to send work emails which is not the best. I will have to move to another email provider if this is not resolved quickly. I emailed about it and was asked to send a screenshot of the problem but have since had no reply.

Hello, Currently I've setup 4 accounts at zoho mail: a@site, b@site, c@site, all@site. a,b and c are forwarding their mails to gmail accounts whereas all@site is forwarding mail to a,b and c. Any Spam/Unspam Workarounds when using 3rd-party Email apps?
i'm loving having Zoho for using my own domain for email (now that the free Google-apps option is gone). but i also hate the current trend of browser-based web-apps' exclusivity over native applications. it is awesome that i can use Zoho Mail in my native mail app - BUT i wish it were full-featured! one particular pain-in-my-ass is in dealing with Spam - both Marking-as & UNmarking-as if false-positive. with Gmail, i've discovered that it will learn if i simply move messages in/out of the junk box

Compose Mail in Emails module not associating with Contacts module in CRM
Do you have an expected date when the CRM contacts will once again integrate into the Zoho Mail tab TO field? Am I missing an update? I don't know what changed. It worked perfectly prior to April of this year and has been a very, very difficult workaround. Is there any way I can somehow connect the two? The names and associated email addresses from my Contacts tab in the CRM used to populate in the Emails tab when composing mail. Please let me know what I can do on my end. I can't keep working
One too many login IDs
I can log into my business email using both my business email address (hosted on Zoho) and my personal email address (not). They seem to be tied together like aliases, as my personal address logs me in as if I had used my business address. My personal email address is not an email user not does it seem to appear anywhere else. I don't know if this situation is normal, but I prefer my personal email address not be associated with my business account.
Outgoing Mail disbaled
Hello Zoho, A user under my domain [hello(at)thengmag(dot)com] outgoing mail is disabled. Incoming mails still come through, however, I can't send outgoing mails. I noticed in the admin section that the Outgoing mails have been disabled, however when I try and enable it, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. would absolutely love if this could be fixed. thank you. kind Regards
Storage space management
I have Zoho CRM Plus which doesn't include Zoho Mail but seems to need it to manage email within the CRM... - I am actually thoroughly confused about this... anyway.... Since the last update to CRM I noticed mail conversations no longer display in all areas of the CRM along side contacts and leads. I thought I should open Zoho Mail and see if the issue is there. Sure enough mail had stopped due to going over the 5GB space. It still doesn't explain everything but I should clear this up - easy right?

550 Error and I just Signed up fo Zoho Mail
Hello - I just subscribed to Zoho Mail and the moment my account became active with a subscription the system began to block both my incoming and outgoing mail. This is a business account and I am not conducting any mass email campaigns so I don't know why I'm getting the error. I have spent the last 3 days trying to get everything setup correctly for Zoho to function by going in and changing cPanel and even going to my domain provider and trying to setup Zoho there. Sort order of mails.
Sorting by date in the new mail. I frequently use sorting by date so I can see what our first ccontact was etc. In the old mail I could just click at the top of the column, but in the new mail this option has disappeared. How to make an anonymous email address?
Hello, I set up a new Zoho email called AverageAmerican@zoho.com. The trouble is that I typed my real first name and last name into the entry fields. I wasn't expecting my first and last name to show up when I send an email. So, I went back and changed my first name to Average and my last name to American. Well, my real first name and last name shows up when sending an email. This should not be happening since that information has been changed. Any help from the pros? Thank you! AverageAmerican

In the past week I have been receiving increasing amounts of SPAM from a number of sources. Disturbingly many are addresses me by first name rather than by email address which suggests that some soft of mailing list has been compromised. Does anybody else have this problem? Thanks

Connect an account previously created
I created an account (A) in my business domain name earlier and didn't connect that to the website. Later I used another previously created account (B) to create and link that same domain. Now I am unable to connect account A with domain which is already connected on mail via account B. I tried to delete Account A, but there is no option as the mail isn't connected and neither is any page. Please help urgently.

Zoho looks like a great platform, so i signed up for a free account. Unfortunately, i am not receiving my email... Any ideas as to why? I sent myself a few test emails, but they did not come into my mailbox. The email address is a name@zoho.com address, so it is not an MX issue.
