It would appear that the Zoho IP address is restricted from sending e-mails to talk21.com. undeliverable notice
I have 2 users who use outlook at my organization. Sometimes when they send an email it goes into the retry mail queue and just keeps a continuous loop of trying to resend the emails and they never get an undeliverable. Is there a way to have the emails not go into that retry queue and if they fail to send an undeliverable. It only happens with outlook on the computer as I use Apple Mail and it comes back right away. Thanks, Ted

Can anyone tell me how to send an image/ email to multiple email addresses. I have an image I have pasted into an email and have created a list of 50 addresses to send it too. I have pasted them all into BCC using <> to seperate each address. When I click send it appears in my sent items but has not reached any of the intended recipients.

Hello, I am getting this error message when I try to add domains to the list. Please note that I want to add several domains. Now, I added these domains yesterday and it worked, but i did not finish verifying them. When I came back today to verify it told me that the service is not available.
