deleting old mail - data range
Hi, My data range was 153% so I just delete my old mails and empty TRASH folder, sign out and than login once again but the data range is still the same as previous 153%. What to do ?

Can't see my messages
I had a few hundred messages in my inbox, today I can see only 70 of them, going back to 1st January this year. Have tried both the old and new website interfaces. I have been a Zoho Mail user for a number of years and never had this problem. I used to click to a new page by using the pagination icon at top right on the old interface. This now shows only a single page with the 70 recent messages. Zoho's support in reinstating my messages would be appreciated.

Can't edit a contact that was added through the "Add to contacts" option in a mail
As the title says. I added the contact using the "Add to contacts" option. This is not applying the correct name to the contact so I want to edit the contacts, but none of the contacts I added this way are editable. The Edit link does nothing. Can someone fix please?
Spam Control - How to white list a domain?
I'm a web developer and frequently need to send test emails from my applications to my personal email address, which is hosted at Zoho. Despite adding the sending domain to the spam control white list (Control Panel -> Spam Control -> White List -> Domain List), I continually have to get into my spam folder and unflag emails from that domain so that Zoho will usually send them to my inbox normally. Once I unflag a message, Zoho will deliver from that domain for the rest of the day without problems

554 554 5.2.3 error when sending SOME emails to my zoho mailbox
My client sent screenshot showing that their test email into a Zoho mailbox failed. See attached. Error code: 554 554 5.2.3 However we have tested sending and receiving and encountered no issue, so the account wouldn't seem to be blocked. So; what could be causing this intermittent error please?

After I made the payment and tried to start configuring the email account linked to the domain I have just bought, I was asked to verify the domain and, to do so, I must do some configurations on my DNS provider. Search on "Draft" folder. It is imperative to our full use of eMail to be able to search on the "Drafts" folder. Not sure why this search would be excluded. Still waiting for this to be included.
