Hi there, Just tried to register a domain I own (apropos-services[dot]nl) for the mail service, but the process gave an error. I received a verification code by sms though, but now if I try to access the mail functionality, it asks me to chose the plan and enter the domain name again and gives back an error saying 'This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho'. In the mean time I managed to set up an account, but that doesn't change the behavior. Could you advice on how to proceed?

mail on ios default mail app
Hi , I recently stepped over to zoho mail ( from outlook.com ) with my custom domain. When i setup zoho mail in ios default mail app , everything seems to be ok , but when i try to read the contents of the mail it stays empty. any thoughts ? I know i can use the zoho mail app from the appstore , but i would like to use the apple default mail app. Maybe it's an ios 10 beta issue, i can test on ios 9 later this day.

technical support from zoho is bad or not?
i recently sign on to Zoho for mail hosting. We have been using it for 2 days before our first issue started yesterday. We can send but can't receive emails. Normally with our old provider we would have an answer/solution within an hour of putting in a support call. Not here. It is going on 24hrs now since this issue started and still no answers or even a response to see if they are working on it. How long has it taken other users to get issues resolved? or am i in a wrong place?

Emails not getting displayed
Hi, I sent 2 emails from zoho.com. I sent both emails to a gmail domain and to self (@zoho.com). Although the message preview dispays the mail snippet, emails aren't getting displayed in the zoho.com web interface (new & old versions) or on iOS default mail client (iPhone) or in Mozilla thunderbird in Linux. I checked the message source & that has the message content. Perhaps, there's some issue with the html code that is sent?

Why i cant see the spam folder in Thunderbird?
Hi, i have my email with zoho and i am using thunderbird. But in my thunderbird i cant see any emails in spam folder. When i configurate my email in thunderbird i did not find the spam folder, i add the folder in the configuration. But i check the emails there and it is empty. I receive emails in inbox and i can send emails without problem that is the only problem that i have, i am using the POP service because when i tried to configurate IMAP it give me error. Hi, I accidentally sent an attachment yesterday without looking at its size and received a '554 5.2.3 Mail Policy violation : Mail Size exceeds limit' message for all of the intended recipients. As a result I no longer appear to have a copy of the original mail content so I can resend with a smaller file attachment. Can you advise how i can obtain this?
2.5 years of index data lost
Something has happened to the zoho index for my account. 2.5 years of indexing has been lost. Searching specific queries returns results from recent mails and mails from 2013 or later, even though the same query used to additionally return mails from the period in between. Can you recover the lost index please?
