I have domain example.com which I recently bought. Our company has been using free yahoo e-mail so far. We want to have an @example.com e-mail My friend whose domain has used Zoho e-mail invited me to my yahoo.com email address so we both can get 5 free bonus users. How will I be able to claim free bonus users if my friend sent me invitation NOT to my example.com e-mail but my yahoo.com e-mail? Bear in mind we don't have @example.com e-mail setup yet. Today, I started having problems on my company's email accounts. I tried to open emails and the screen just stayed at the loading image and never loaded the email. In addition I tried sending a test email from my personal account and it was not received by my zoho account. Also, Tried sending a test email from my Zoho account to my personal account and nothing went trhough. I need to know when will this be fixed as for my business just moved our emails to Zoho and we cannot work until this is fixed.
