Inactivity policy and email clients
I've just signed up with a free zoho email account. 1. Will I have to manually login through the mail.zoho.com website to keep my account active even if I set up local mail client using imap/pop to download my zoho emails? 2. If I set up my main gmail account to connect with my zoho account and retrieve zoho emails periodically into my gmail account, do I still have to login occasionally into my zoho account to avoid account inactivity.

HELP: Only INBOX working when switching emails on Web Mail
I don't know if it's only me but it's just inboxes that are working since I've added email on web, the other folders (sent, outbox, spam, etc) are not working, is there anything wrong or is it just my side? Is there anything I need to do to make them work? Please help. Thanks.

2 Factor Authentication and Outlook on iOS
Hi Guys, I use Outlook on iOS and have 2 factor authentication turned on in my Zoho account. Most of the time, despite generating lots of app specific passwords, I can't get myself logged in. On the odd times I do, this logs me out of another iOS device, even if I am using a completely different app specific password (I have tried this many times to prove it to myself). I now have a nice new iPad Pro, but can't get my work email on it! Any ideas anyone? Thanks Simon

Hi, i registered a domain (life.org.ng). I tried creating email info@life.org.ng so i can start domain verification process. I have already changed the MX records on my server. But when i try logging to my mail, it says A verification mail was previously sent to info@life.org.ng which I do not have access to, i.e. the email address which I was trying to log in with. This is a major huge flaw in zoho mail. This is putting me off. I will appreciate your help Regards

Hi, emails I send from my Zoho webmail account (dan@scenera.co.uk) send. But do not deliver. I have tested with a range of recipients.
