Hello. I registered the domain noll(dot)net(dot)br but did not complete the validation process of the sms code. Now I can not access my domain in Zoho and not add it again. "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho" How do I do? Thanks!

Removing old domain email / alias
Hopefully I can explain this without confusing everyone: I have changed my domain name and the old domain is no longer used. I have deleted that domain and added a new domain. The administration login under my old domain was admin@xxxxxxxx.com. I have created a new administration email address admin@xxxxxxxx.com for the new domain. Now here is where it gets wierd. The old domain admin email address is an alias to the new admin email address. It won't let me delete it. It tell me "input passed

Hello, I was trying to setup the following domain chatterjeesurgical.com in the process it asked me for OTP verification, but I waited for 30 minutes and I didn't receive any OTP in my mobile. During the process I initially gave admin@chatterjeesurgical.com as email for admin account. Now when I am trying to initiate the process again it says that "this domain is not supported or already registered with zoho" and if I am trying to login with the administrator email account it says that it is not

How can I add group calendars to iPhone?
How do I add group calendars to iPhone's stock Cal app? There is one way which is to make the group cal public and use that URL but I don't want to do that for obvious reasons.
ActiveSync with Windows 10 Mail + Calendar app doesn't work
ActiveSync is working fine on my Android Device and on desktop with Outlook 2016 using 'msync.zoho.com' as server. But it doesn't with the integrated Microsoft apps for Mail and Calendar. It's no problem to configure the account (using 'msync.zoho.com') but it won't sync. I get an error message - translated something like this: An error occured There is a problem with the server or your network connection. Try again later. Error code: 0x85010005 Any ideas? Will you be updating ActiveSync
I don't like the app very much and would much rather use Sparkle app which works with ActiveSync. However, when I try to use ActiveSync to set it up, I get the message that a very old version of ActiveSync is being used and please ask the administrator to update ActiveSync on the server. Even with the default iPhone email client, mails are not very smooth. Sometimes deleted emails reappear and appear as unread.

Hi Zoho team, I am currently using zoho mail for work. I used Get Response (email marketing software) several times and now all my emails go directly into Gmail spam box. Yes, now I know that was a stupid thing to do. But this is my email for work and it has been printed on all my namecards, so changing it would be troublesome. Is there any solution for my problem? I have followed the instructions for setting up the mail in outlook and for some reason Outlook on my Mac won't connect to the Zoho Server. Setup using iMAP Email User Name: Zoho Hosted Email Address Password: Zoho Mail password incoming iMap Server: imap.zoho.com Port: 993 SSL: Yes Outgoing: smtp.zoho.com port: 465 SSL: Yes In Zoho Mail I have enabled the iMAP mail. Cannot connect.... It doesn't allow me to send email or receive email. HELP!

Zoho mail says - The MX Records of your domain fairfield.lk are not pointed to Zoho and you may not receive emails in Zoho - however my host shows the correct mx record entry as :mx.zoho.com. Help Restore Emails
2 days ago on Saturday I moved the contents of my sent items and inbox within imap connected Outlook. It took ages - 350 items in Sent Items and 7500 in InBox. My pst file now says it is corrupt. Fortunately I have a backup from the day before. Is there any way you can restore the contents of my Zoho inbox and sent items from morning of 16 July 2016 or earlier?

Can't receive email
In the mail, there is a notification mentioned that my MX is not pointing to Zoho. I am pretty sure I had set up the MX records with TXT .... already more than 1 day. I still can't receive any email. Firefox open messages while Chromium does not
A strange phenomena has occurred. Firefox opens mail messages while Google Chromium does not. This is the case on a Windows 7 laptop but it is the same on a Xubuntu Linux laptop. Both operating systems behaves the same way. So i guess it has to do with the browser. Can any body enlighten what has happened and how to fix it. Ingmar Forne, Finland
