Can't receive mail to new primary email address
Hi, I'm curious if anyone knows what I should do if I'm not receiving emails to the inbox for my new primary email address. I setup my primary address as mike@linseedstudio.com and it was working fine - receiving emails. However I needed to change the address to contact@linseedstudio.com, so I went into My Profile, added new address and made primary. Now I can get into contact@linseedstudio.com email but emails are getting rejected. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks. Mike

I can't find a setting to turn this off, but every time I send someone an email I get a copy of that email in my inbox.
Outgoing blocked
Our outgoing is blocked for 5 days. We didnt get the answer on our questions until tonight. Support told us that they cannot unblock us. We didnt send any suspicious files, spam or somethig like that. If you cannot solve our problems please give us our money back.
email setup with a different host provider
Hi I had my domain hosted with godaddy and mapped to wordpress, and my email domain with zoho, everything was working fine. Now i have switched from godaddy to bluehost and stopped the domain mapping to wordpress. I am trying to add the bluehost setting for my email, i added The MX record successfully however i can't add the CNAME bcz it needs re verification of the domain which i am unable to find out how to do it. I can only send emails but i still can't receive. Any idea how to resolve this

IMAP, TFA and Blackberry
I have set up TFA after my account was spammed and am trying to follow your instructions for how to set up IMAP in Blackberry (OS7 in this case). But I find your guidance impossible to follow and find myself bouncing between pages of your information and screens on my BB. Do you have any instructions to set this up that normal human beings can follow please? Thanks for any help you can offer (and that I can understand)

Greetings, I have currently setup 3 users in zoho mail and one of them exceeded the free (5G) storage limit. I deleted some of the emails and currently he is at 95% usage. I would like to re-enable incoming and outgoing emails for this user.

Updated Security and now Gmail connection isn't working
Hi! I recently updated the security to my account/email as suggested when I logged in last week and now my emails aren't being sent to my associate gmail account. They were being forwarded correctly before I made this change. I'm guessing this is because I need to make changes on gmail's side but am not sure what those changes are. Please help. Thank you!

I de-activated IMAP on a number of accounts this morning for therobbinsgroup.com, and now can't re-enable it for those accounts. Same thing happens -- After activating IMAP and getting the success message, I refresh the page and it appears again NOT ACTIVE. Can you please resolve? Thank you.

I can't receive any email
I am not sure what happened since everything used to work fine.My domain is healthcobot.com, the registar is namecheap, the DNS is on digital ocean and I have 3 MX records there. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this? Thanks!

Switch off auto-fill for contacts with similar names
Hi, I have four different people in my contacts with the name "Scott" and they are arranged in my contact's list by alphabetical order. However, I only generally email the third "Scott" out of all of them. When I type "Scott" into the email "To" box it always auto-fills with one of the "Scotts" I rarely communicate with. When I enter my email name to access my zoho account a whole load of incorrect names appear below the correct one.
