We have an employee who is very valuable to our company in terms of his technical knowledge. However, his spelling, grammar and and styling in written communications is atrocious; so, anything sent out via email looks very unprofessional. It's gotten to the point where we have lost leads and potential sales because of this. Forwarding doesn't work for mails with false mail addresses
Dear forum users, I have the following issue: I have an alias mail address, and I want all e-mails coming to this alias address (it is mostly Spam) being forwarded to another mail address. I set up a mail filter according to that, but it doesn't work when the sender hides the real recipient address. I just see in the details that they have been sent to the alias mail address for which I have the forwarding rule. Does anybody have an idea how I can manage that all e-mails received by this alias mail

The Search tool in Zoho Mail is not working properly as of today. When searching for a keyword I know to be present in nearly 100 emails, I'm getting zero returns. For emails visible in my immediate inbox I'll search for a keyword that is present in several emails, but it only results in one return. My search options are set to "Entire message" and "Search in all folders."

one of my email address does not receive emails
I have setup 3 emails addresses under @vinumconservatorthai.com. Under the account settings it shows all 3 as enabled. Two of them can send and receive emails, the third one, ann@, can neither send nor receive emails. When emails are sent to that address from another server, they do not come back as undeliverable. It must go into the Zoho ether! Seriously, what is the problem? Thanks

So, I've been trying for 2 months to set up my zoho mail through Outlook on my android mobile. I follow these instructions, and it does not work.
