Hey Support Today we are encountering huge problems with all our emails. Our basic setup with Zohomail is to use it as a forwarding system and it has been working very well up until today when it stopped sending and receiving mails from our business address. So at the moment we are forwarding all our business email directly to our own personal gmail accounts. Below is my email that i sent to a colleague. I was facing problem when i login to zoho webmail, there shown "Unable to connect to messaging server" and trying to connect it (keep asking to try login account again) but my phone and computer outlook still can "send and received" email. i was few zoho mail accounts having this problem including zoho administrator account. Hi, it's been more than 4 hours I'm stuck with my account blocked from sending mail for an unknown reason and without any advice despite the requests made through your help pages, is there any hope I will be able to use it in the near future? for the 5th time in two weeks we cant reply to tickets, We get: Error while processing the request! Hello, can you unblock the account for the message above? The account is "System". I have a service that sends emails to customers periodically, and they are not receiving it because of this issue. Can't change nickname
Hi, When I send an email from my account, the name that appears as the name of the account is incorrect in the recipient's email inbox. I have changed the name and nickname in My Profile (and saved). So, it is correct in the profile section. I signed out and signed back in again. The same mistaken name is still there when I send emails.
iOS Zoho App and Native Mail App - Unable to verify account information
I am using an iPhone 6 and wanted to get the iOS badge count for the Zoho mail app to see the amount of unread messages. However, this feature is currently unavailable so I wanted to switch to the native iOS application to for the badge count function. Email 3 hour Delay
Hello, Today I'm experiencing approx 3 hour delay for most of my email. This is a big problem because many of the online software we use requires email-verification with an access code. By the time we receive the access code, it has already expired and we cannot get into any of our accounts. Are there still issues going on with the DDos problem? SOLVED: GODADDY MIGRATION OF EMAIL
If you can send but not receive emails from your Zoho hosted account, you need to log into your go daddy account and UNLOCK the domain. This should then release the settings and you should receive an automated confirmation email through from GoDaddy.

We are unable to re-enable outgoing mail; attempts to do so result in a pop-up message "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only." Emails still not being picked up from Gmail, and now with no failed delivery report
This issue has been ongoing for months now and because we love the Zoho mail system we've tried to work with it and we've even had a very helpful call from Zoho Customer Service....but we're still having issues. Zoho is missing emails from Gmail. No particular pattern to these and whereas previously there would be 'failed delivery' report in Gmail, this isn't happening now so we can't see at a glance which emails are missed. (I suspect this is due to a change in Zoho?) We're having to check Zoho

Email delivery errors on multiple devices after deactivating TFA
Hi All, I recently enabled TFA to see if it was worthwhile. I found it too intrusive and so have deactivated it again via accounts.zoho.com. However since deactivating TFA, all my devices regularly report errors when trying to retrieve email, even though they do intermittently succeed in retrieving it. Would appreciate any info on cleaning up any left overs of TFA to stop these messages appearing.
