Zoho mail- account not active
Hello Zoho, I am not able to setup email for my domain, it says, " Account not Active ". How to make it active ? Am using Zoho Mail and wanted to setup email for my domain.

Subfolder keep disappearing
I have several very important subfolders that have been active for months. All of the sudden they are gone. I can "search" emails using the folder name and will get most emails within the folder. But cannot access or see the folder. When I create a new subfolder, it also does not show in my folders lists. I need these subfolders!! What do I need to do to get access to the and have them show in my folders list? Thank you

Hi there, my email is : Admin@svanclinic.vn and my primary email is "camvan1601@gmail.com" I already confirmed email camvan1601@gmail.com , but Admin@svanclinic.vn still write "Account is inactive" . I dont know why. So... please help me. This acc is very impotant to me.

for some reason, I am not able to receive emails from www.alibaba.com. I have attempted to set up my account with them for my business, but i cannot verify my email with them. I know that i am able to receive incoming mail from other sources, just not them. Can someone assist?

I would like to close my free mail account
When I click 'close account' in the accounts section, it says 'You are an administrator of your organization : "___". You should cancel your organization from Business, before closing your account. but it doesn't provide any further instructions! I've also tried 'User Details' from the Mail control panel. Cant Send - Mail Rate Exceeded after sending about 50 emails
Hi Support, Please help us unblock the mailbox - SingaporeHR@sageasiapac.com We are using the account to send newsletters to our employees and surprisingly after less than 50 emails sent we get an error message. Strange that the email rate is very low, we have about 90 staff and we couldnt even send to all of them in go, why is that? Please let us know. Thanks!

Synchronize Zoho Mail with my server mail
