Hi there, Today I could not sent email from my @badgecraft.eu email account (attached to ZOHO email services) to specific client. The mail return message was saying the following: "ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :Cyberoam Anti Spam has blocked this email because the sender IP Address is blacklisted."

External images are loaded in message despite setting 'Ask Me'
‘Load External Images’ is set to ‘Ask Me’ on the Settings tab. However, external images are being loaded, without my consent, in this one mail message from one specific sender. Keep getting the error "Outgoing Authentication Failure for xxx@gmail.com" every time I try to add a gmail "send mail as" account in Zoho. My zoho account appears to have been infected with a virus. It sends out numerous bogus emails, from which I receive many bounce-back messages. So... I got an e-mail from "scanner@zoho.com", subject line: Attached Image, no text, only an attachment that I did not open. Is this a legit e-mail? Because it is using the zoho.com domain, but I see that zoho corporation uses the @zohocorp.com domain. iphone 5 set up not working

Pop3 sending reply to inbox on phone
I am using Pop3 on my phone which is working fine for incoming & outgoing emails with one issue. When I reply to an email, my response is being sent to my inbox on my phone. I don't want or need this to happen. Is there a way to turn this off so I can keep my responses in my sent folder online but I don't get a copy of it sent to my phone inbox?
MX problem & Exchange password issue

Strategy for spoofed email
I have a significant problem where someone is using my email address as the sender of an enormous quantity of spam emails. I believe this is called "spoofing". It becomes a problem for me when the addressee's email address is invalid in which case the email gets bounced back to me. Zoho has a limit of 10 bounced emails before my email account gets locked for outgoing emails. Unlocking the account is time consuming but achievable. I'm looking for strategies for defeating this email address spoofing.

Cannot send or receive email to username@zoho.com address - DELAYED
EDIT - zoho mail is DELAYED in sending and receiving. It took 3 hours... My internet mail sends and receives mail just fine. Emails initiated from within the Zoho Contacts Module AND composing the email tab are not being sent or received using the username@zoho.com account. Please let me know what I can do to remedy the situation. The email templates are critical to my business. Thank you very much.

If i forward the mail, the content is not showing and empty mail goes to the receiver
IF i draft a mail and send it to some one and if i go and see the sent items, the mail is blank, and if i forward the mail, it appears blank in content for me and the receiver. If i switch to plain text from rich text, then all the matter appears.

the MX issue
I set up an account with zoho, connecting my name.com domain. It was working fine for a few days, but then stopped receiving emails and said that the MX have an issue, is not pointed. Checking on mxtoolbox.Com it says there are no records. I have set everything up as per zoho's instructions but still can't seem to fix it.
