Hi my email account has been blocked as it is over the size limit of 5Gb. I have deleted lots of emails and it is 1.8Gb now, but still cannot unblock the account as it says "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only." I’m getting the dreaded “The MX Records of your domain(s) glenridgect.com are not pointed to Zoho and you may not receive emails in Zoho” error message. I have followed the instructions (I think) to make the appropriate DNS entries at the Network Solutions end however after several days I still get this message. IMAP/SMTP troubles
Hello! I have following problems with domain hosted with zoho - first one of mine usernames stop connecting to zoho from my phone/smtp clients - "user name or password is wrong" but there is no changes made by me. Few minutes later all my users was rejected by IMAP/SMTP servers of zoho with same error. So is this ZOHO issue? This is secondary big issue here for 6 months since I use zoho to host my mails.
Not Receiving Email
I did find a topic with my exact problem but the solution was we've emailed you. Not very helpful for someone like myself so I've had start yet another 'my emails aren't working' thread. I've followed all the steps but when I get to the mxtoolbox stage it comes up with a warning that my 'Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner'. I'm pretty much learning as I go here so I have no idea what this means and any test emails I send to son't arrive in my inbox and come back with a failed delivery response.

Hello I have a question. Is free domain account, use the same ip address as mailbox commercial? I mean for a last widespread situations blocking your ip on spam lists and lack the ability to send e-mails. You have only one IP address for all e-mail users zoho? At the moment you can not work normally because the majority of the mail is rejected. Help is not helpful! Emails won't send to my customers
I have been having issues for several days - I able to send emails to my customers without having a return demon or error report - the problem is they're not receiving them! Having gone through the help suggestions online - the information it gives you is useless.
