Problem with Gandi.net DNS and MX set up
Hi guys, I am having issues getting my DNS set up with Zoho mail. I followed the instructions but it's not activating. Emails not showing up unread
I put a vacation reply on my email on Friday and since then all new email that arrives is not showing up in bold as unread. I've removed the vacation reply, logged out and logged in and it's still not happening. It does say "1 unread email" or whatever, but the actual emails are not bold so you don't notice them. Anyone else having this issue? How can it be fixed? Thanks Jon

a lot of spam, how to control it?
hi, since 1 week now my inbox mail is receiving a lot of spam, like 20-30 mails per day, this didnt happen two weeks ago, so, whats is the problem?, how to control it? are the filters failing? i cant add it to "blacklist" cause all are differents like something@a.download or something2@b.download or asdasd@something.top, btw, zoho mail have black list ?, i didnt see it on config cheers
Zoho Mail New Version - it loads slowly, cannot access drafts or schedule emails
It takes 60 seconds to open the new Zoho mail version - irrespective of a browser or computer used. The drafts folder can be opened but no individual drafts can be accessed and scheduled for sending later. Locky virus sent to two Zoho accounts in succession
Hi there, Approximately two weeks ago at least two of the accounts I manage recevied emails with the Locky virus. It appears the emails were sent from the owners' own accounts. I suspect the email addresses were spoofed but I would like to be certain of their origin and be sure that Zoho was not compromised in any way so that I can reassure clients. I emailed support with the headers of one such email on the 19th and followed up on the 21st but have not had a response. Please could someone investigate

Not Receiving Emails Suddenly
Two weeks ago I successfully set up a Zoho Mail account with my custom domain. I started receiving emails immediately from my website, but they all went to spam. Then about a week ago, I stopped receiving emails altogether and have tried to resolve all possible errors within my website, Zoho Mail settings, and of course, my hosting. I double-checked my MX Records, deleted them and re-added them, but the issue still persists. Is there anyway I can fix both the email issue and prevent incoming emails

iOS - Exchange Active Sync - Cannot move messages to other folders
Hello, I have my iPhone synced to my Zoho mail via EAS. However, I am unable to delete messages or to move messages from one folder to another. When I try to delete or move a message, I get the folowing error messages: DELETE - error message is "Unable to Move Message The message could not be moved to the mailbox Trash" MOVE - error message is "Unable to Move Message The message could not be moved to (any chosen folder)" I have deleted and re-added mail account. On more than one occasion I have clicked to reply to an email. It sends the email and I receive a copy of that message in my inbox. Is there an issue, setting or user error?
Firefox problem
Suddenly I get an error "showErrorAndReload('Please\x20reload\x20the\x20page\x20and\x20try\x20again.');" when logging in using Firefox. Also the home page is very basic text links... Very strange Guess I will try to un-update my Firefox app
Any reason for increase in spam?
It seems that within the last month the amount of spam that is not being caught by the spam filters has been increasing. Until recently, I had very little spam making it to my inbox, but now it seems that I have 5-10 spam messages daily. Any way to get this spam under control and keep it from increasing?
Android Zoho Mail not syncing in background
Started earlier today. Google mail app syncing normally every 15 minutes, but Zoho Mail has stopped completely unless I open it. I've wiped both the app and phone cache to no avail.

DomainKey is available, DKIM is not

And I believe, as of now Zoho mail supports DomainKeys and not DKIM. I am pretty sure developers at Zoho knows the difference between DomainKey and it's successor DKIM. Zoho mail is good, however, either you should start DKIM support... or may be update the main website with accurate information. It will help people like me save time rather than going

Using hotmail and zoho emails at the same time for one domain
Dear All, I have tried to find a solution many days but I wasn't successful. Now I use three emails with hotmail provider. They stopped supporting any changes with emails or adding new emails. Setting up Zoho Mail on BlueMail phone app
I'm trying to setup my Zoho mail account on the BlueMail phone app. It's been a breeze setting up and managing all other email accounts. Now that I'm working on this Zoho account however, and it's having me enter server settings, it seems like I've hit a brick wall. I no longer receive emails from myself from my server. Whenever a customer buys something from me, I have my server send me an email from myself to let me know, but for some reason they are not getting through to my zoho account. I can use other email services and it works, but it has stopped working for my zoho account for some reason.
