Yet another post on spam
It's simply getting out of control. Today, I logged in and had more than 15 messages in my inbox that were spam. Not even 'sneaky spam' but obvious stuff about penis enlargement, winning the lotto, etc. Stuff that should be handled by any adequately configured spam filter. What is going on, Zoho? I've constantly marked mail after mail after mail as spam and I just keep getting repeats of the same thing in my inbox. I don't mean 'same thing' as in 'more spam' but I mean literally the same thing: the
TLS Support (so Gmail doesn't complain about unencrypted mail).

I've found various old threads asking about TLS but the answer from Zoho has only been "in the future, maybe".

Zoho Mail needs better filter functionality ASAP!
Simply put, zoho email filtering is way too underpowered. It lacks even the simplest of filter criteria such as "body" and "custom header" and also lacks crucial filter actions such as forwarding (with the option to keep a copy or not) and message rejection/bounce back. Please take a look at Fastmail's filter features for an example of a complete feature set. Sieve support would be phenomenal, but not necessary if it means the difference between just enabling the basic additions mentioned above in

Spam Filtering by Domain
Some of our email addresses receive a lot of spam email from domains like .xyz, .top, .download, etc. Since those emails are always spam, is there a way to filter out email from those domains automatically? I didn't see an option to blacklist by tld, or by using wildcards. Thanks!

Outgoing mials from group email account
Hi. I have a group created with 2 members. I recibe emails to the group with out any problems. But a 3rd party system provider need to configure the group account just to send emials in our name. For a strange reason, today some of our organization users receive the following error. Why this happens? For your information, I cleared the cache in all the browsers but the error still exists. Only the new version is working to these users.
Create Mail Filter from an Existing Email
Within Gmail, users can select an email message then create a filter from it using the "More > Filter messages like these" option. Is there a similar automated function in Zoho Mail? From what I have found, the only option is to manually create filters in the Mail Settings, a more cumbersome way of doing so.

Alpine SMTP error 334: "Can not authenticate to SMTP Server"

However, recently when sending email (usually when replying to received mail), I'm intermittently hitting error 334 on the first attempt to send the email. Server not Responding
8:30AM EST 3/24/16 - Trying to set up a new client. SMTP and IMAP servers are not responding when my email client tries to connect. Tried several clients (outlook, emclient). No luck. Diagnostics check OK some of the time. Very erratic. Strangely, works on my mobile. smtp.zoho.com 465 (& 587) - use SSL/TLS if available (also Force SSL/TLS) imap.zoho.com 993 use SSL/TLS Results erratic - server sometime responds. "Fix Server" option in emclients says Settings have been fixed. Still does not work.
How do I remove a domain I added from Zoho?
Hello, I wanted to set up a new /separate email account for a domain I own. Unfortunately, when i was trying to do this I was still logged into my normal Zoho email account. Now the emails which are sent to the domain end up in this 'normal' account. I don't see any means of easily identifying which emails are coming from the domain so I want to DELETE the domain from this account and set up a separate zoho account JUST for that domain. Irritating Scroll in Inbox in New Version
The scroll within the Inbox is very irritating. Ideally the selection should move up and down. Instead the entire Inbox moves up and down, with a sudden jerk and moves the Inbox like an after thought. This is in the new version. The Old version this was working fine. Though the selection remains , which is also irritating . Someone should really look at this from a UX perspective. Regards

Guys, yesterday when the receiving problems happen I sent an email to me, with another account, 6.22pm (brazilian time), and I haven't received it yet. I'm very worried, because, If i didn't receive it, maybe anothers emails were lost too... Is zoho mail trustable?
Automated Wordpress emails are going to Spam folder
Since last week All automated emails from my Website (wordpress.org) have been going to SPAM. For some reason it keeps thinking these are junk mail. I marked them all as ‘not junk’ which moved them into your inbox, but the new test entries I did still show up in the SPAM folder. How do we correct this? Hi, I was wondering if it possible to insert a banner at the footer of my emails? I have included my logo into my signature but it appears too large when it is sent over to anyone I email although the size is correct in my own settings. Email attachment in Zoho Mail is still buggy on latest Firefox, Chrome, Safari (Mac OS 10.10)
1. Mail attachments show a progress gauge initially when attempting to attach, but gauge never moves, and attachment never completes. Multiple attachments tested 500k, 1000k, 5000k, coming from desktop through file selection dialog. 2. Pressing send during this period will disregard attachments in progress and send the email without the attachments instead of pausing or warning the user that their message is incomplete.
