Receiving Bounced Emails which I never sent
Hello, My email is nisar@gmc.co.in which is configured through zoho (plus 3 other emails for same domain). On my email nisar@gmc.co.in, I am receiving a lot of bounced emails, the funny part is I never sent these emails. The quantity is sometimes in thousands of emails being downloaded. I have changed my password too, but still getting those messages continuously since last 1 month or so. Please can any one help me with this, or I have to close down my email is the only solution. Accessing Zoho Mail via IMAP

Personal certificate invalid on ActiveSync
Dear support. I'm using personal certificate sign for my emails and recently I discovered, that emails sended from my iOS Mail app over msync.zoho.com have problems with certificate. I did little investigating over this and found, that this happend only over ActiveSync protocol. When I set up my account on iPhone again over IMAP, certificat is OK. But IMAP doesn't support PUSH on iOS so it's not usable for me. Can you please look at this protocol, if there is some manipulating when message is sending

No support for array in Reply-To ...?
Hi, I create system where my Reply-To field in mails header is different than 'From' field. It contains an array with few mails. So when i click 'Reply to All' it should use all mails from array, but Zoho takes only first one. It does work properly on gmail though. I use Swift Mailer to send mails form the server and i set up ReplyTo field with ->setReplyTo($mailArray) Can you give me any tips how to solve this problem? cheers Peter

Hi, since last week I always have to refresh my browser window to receive mails. If I do so mails drop in slowly. Without the refresh Zoho doesn´t collect and show new Mails from my accounts. The Zoho Android App doesn´t receive emails at all whatever I do. Is there a problem with my account or are you still facing technical issues?

email groups users
I've set up a Mail Group "Bookings" with multiple users and I need all users to see what action has been taken (could be Tags, Flags etc) I also need all users to be able to read replies to the sender. The main issue is I don't want a group member taking some action or replying when it is already done. I can't work out how to achieve this. Thanks

I just switched over to Zoho and I'm still not getting all my emails. I can send and do receive some but I've had customers forward emails to me that they've sent but I haven't gotten. I need this resolved, my business relies mostly on email orders!

Windows 10 mail
Hi, I'm trying to setup my email, which is my own domain, hosted elsewhere. (names.co.uk) I think I have managed to get it to Zoho mail, as I can access it on webmail, however I am having absolutely no luck getting my windows 10 generic mail app to access my mail via imap. I have tried both Zoho and namesco imap settings just in case, but neither work. I'm not sure what my username is - is it just my email address, or is it my domain? Just confused :( Could anyone point me in the right direction?
Email not marked read on Outlook 2016
Hi, am having an issue with Outlook 2016 where outlook will mark a message as unread even though I have viewed it a few seconds ago and had it change to read. IMAP from a Zoho Mail Account I have tried setting the reading pane to mark as read at 0 seconds, 1 second or when I move to the next item with no difference in behavior. Hello, I have registered Zoho Mail with subdomain.domain.com. When I try to send an email to domain.com, I get a Mailer Daemon error message: INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :554, ERROR_CODE :5.7.1 It looks like if Zoho would not allow email to be routed out to the parent domain. Does zoho mail even use its whitelist?
I have several email addresses that are persistently going to my spam folder regardless of me whitelisting both the email address and the domain name.
