I am not receiving all emails, and not all are being sent
Hello, I signed up for Zoho just over a week ago and I'm not receiving or sending all emails. I have no idea which one's have been sent or what I've missed as there is no notification. I have an online email form at my website and I'm not receiving any emails from there even though I was at the GoDaddy server. This is extremely important that I have 100% success rate on emails, and I should atleast get a a bounce back warning if an email isn't sent or received. Please help asap. Thanks, Charlie
E-mail aliases
I just signed up for a free account that allows me to have up to 25 users. I read elsewhere in the forums that 30 e-mail aliases are allowed. Is that 30 aliases per user, or 30 aliases shared amongst all users (ie. user1 has 5, user2 has 10, user3 has 15 and user4 gets none)?
Email retrieving is very slow
Hi, it's very frustrating working Zoho Mail because emails are retrieved even after 6 hours. I used Zoho Mail since 2012 but in the last 3 months it become very unusable. The same emails are retreived perfectly on time with other mail clients, so it doesn't depend on my POP3 server. Please can you give me a definitive solution otherwise I have to leave Zoho mail. Maurizio PS: Look at the screenshot attached to see the times at which email were retrieved.

Hi, Yesterday I set up the Zoho mail and was able to send emails through SMTP with Outlook. Today I'm unable to send emails with my phone (android 5.0). The settings are correct in the phone as I do not get any authentication error messages during the configuration. The MX records are set correctly for my domain. Any idea to what might be the cause? Dear, I've created another user email and: - webmail login is working (user/pwd) - thunderbird login in not working: - all configurations are ok (I have another user configured in the same Thunderbird) - pwd is the same that works in the webmail - Notification = You are yet to enable IMAP for your account. I have recently moved my inbox to Zoho but when I delete an email in my inbox (outlook) the email remains in my inbox (outlook) but has a line through it. How can I get it to move to the deleted folder so that my inbox gets smaller?

Non Zoho Hosted email accounts?
I am having sync issues with an email account that isn't hosted by Zoho. Has anyone else experienced problems in this arena? It seems that using email hosted by Zoho or other standard email platforms like Gmail, Yahoo, etc are fine, but using my work email (which I can't switch the hosting company) is problematic. I recently joined Zoho (mail and CRM) and configured my work email address. It seems to work fine on my iphone (although it does seem to delay updating the inbox compared to outlook),

The POP3 settings are not working with Outlook. Keep getting an error stating that the Username and Password are incorrect. IMAP with Outlook works just fine though.

Hi. I'm trying to migrate all my emails from Gmail to Zoho. I'm using a tool called imasync (http://imapsync.lamiral.info/) to perform the migration. It get's so far and then errors with the following while connecting to the Zoho IMAP server: Your account is currently not accessible via IMAP due to excessive usage. Kindly try after some time. I wait a bit and try again but it just keeps happening. How should I migrate my mail (including subfolders) from my Gmail mailbox to my Zoho mailbox? Cheers.

I have several work emails with Zoho which I am using in the Windows Mail app in Windows 10 however I am running into this issue. Whenever, I send an email, it makes two copies of the same email in the sent folder. On top of that, I checked in the Zoho web interface, the duplicates are there as well. How can I solve this issue?

Significant Delays with outgoing email
I am experiencing 20-40 minute delays on my outgoing email this AM. Is there a known issue that is currently being parsed out? I have to admit - I spend entirely too much time on this forum board researching and diagnosing problems with Zoho. Are we ever going to get a stable mail client for more than 2 weeks at a time?
