Possible to recover deleted emails?
All of our emails were deleted at around 7pm 17/01/2016. Is it possible for me to recover them? They have been deleted and not archived also.

Hi, I just signed up for Zoho Mail and imported my mailbox from Outlook.com. However, I noticed that Zoho groups various emails and replies together, which gets pretty confusing for someone who just wants to view the full mailbox in chronological order. How do I configure Zoho Mail to ungroup emails?
Exporting messages from an obsolete mail account.
Hello, In the past, I had setup Zoho to download messages from an external account: for the sake of this post, let's call that account me@obsolete.com . That external account is no longer active and cannot be checked or receive new messages. I would like to export the messages that Zoho has for that mail account, but the export screen automatically sends the export link to the inactive address (me@obsolete.com ), which can no longer receive new messages. How can I export the messages anyway? Thanks
Incoming messages delayed in Outlook 2013
Hello, I am using Outlook 2013 on my PC and an iPhone to access my Zoho mail account using IMAP. Incoming messages on my PC are arriving around 12 hours after they appear on my iPhone. I seem to have the accounts configured the exact same, but there seems to be an issue somewhere. A friend is using Office 2016 for Mac and they have setup a test email address using the same Zoho account and incoming messages for them are arriving ten minutes after being sent, so the issue seems to be related to Outlook

Unable to change primary email
Hello, We created a trial user account under my ID, pcookley@tabatafg.com, in Zoho CRM. We also added a couple other user accounts so we could try out the system. When deciding to upgrade we decided to go with one user for now. When we paid to upgrade it immediately deleted all the other users. That is fine but I am now unable to change the main email address to our generic company email address which is info@tabatafg.com. hello, I stopped receiving email on my account. I can currently send but can't receive. I have checked the MX toolbox for that domain as you suggest and I get a couple of error messages. One of them is Dmarc invalid name and the other is mx3.zoho.com fail to connect. I have already set up the mx3 on my host which is DigitalOcean. Thanks for helping me out.

Any client email sent from Gmail takes one day to arrive
Greetings, Thank you very much for allowing my company to use your service for multiple years. It recently came to my attention that any email sent from Gmail takes approximately a day to arrive in my inbox. We've tested other email platforms and they arrive within the 3 to 7 minute window as mentioned in other Messageboard threads. I've looked at my settings and I'm not sure what I can do on my end. Why no IMAP support for integration of other mail-accounts in zoho mail?
zoho mail supports integration of other mail-accounts via pop3. My question is why the integration of other mail-accounts via IMAP is not possible? Background is the well-known fact that IMAP is by far better and more reliable than pop3. Ongoing problems with Zoho mail
I'm relatively new to Zoho (about 6 mos). For the past 2 months all emails sent to my gmail, yahoo friends are either delayed or rejected. Spam being filtered into my inbox
I have recently noticed that quite a bit of spam mail, and some of it is VERY OFFENSIVE, has been coming through into my main inbox. I am having to go through and delete these before even being able to see my regular mail, only for the fact that I'm afraid that I will open a spam by mistake and end up with malware or something worse. This started happening after the period of time when the system appeared to have issues with mail not being received - probably back when the flooding was happening.

Reason for EMAIL going into SPAM
Hi, I believe due to the recent mail attacks, certain Zoho Servers have been blacklisted by Spam Filtering Agencies. All mails from our domain, are being sent to SPAM because the Zoho Server (74.201.84.163) is blacklisted in Lashback IPv4 abuse database. Below is the screenshot, I request Zoho to remove this blacklisting, as most email providers use this data for Spam Assassin Tests.

SMTP not working for Joomla
HI I have a Joomla 3.4.8 site running on our own server, when using smtp.zoho.com with port 465, SSL and Authentication enabled no emails are received from form submissions. I have tried turning off the server firewall, but still emails do not come through.
