More mail issues
After the imap issues yesterday my iMac is still having problems. It is continuously trying to download thousands of emails, and then it hangs the mail program. At one point yesterday it said it was downloading 80,000 emails! The number seems to change, it's trying to download a few hundred at one point, then several thousand. It never completes anything before freeezing the mail app. Today I've had out of memory error messages twice. I have 32 gb of memory on board (functioning - i checked)

hi i have all my incoming email to: info@1st-website.com having set up a 2nd website i now want to use the same mailbox to handle the mail to and from: sales@2nd-website.com i am in the process of getting my MX records for 2nd website to point at zoho (have to wait a bit for my hosting company, but thats ok) just want to know what i will have to do at this end is it as simple as buying a 2nd user account? ta Dave
Opening PDF in Outlook
I'm having issues opening PDF documents in outlook when downloaded from my zoho account. Not a supported file or the file has been damaged or has not decoded properly. Other forum point towards the mail provider having the issue, is this something that can be resolved?
Exporting Folder AND its SUBFOLDERS

I have just set up the free email account with zoho. I finished all the configuration and sent a test email to my outlook.com account only to find out that the mail sent from zoho ended up in the spam folder. I used mxtoolbox.com to check for mx servers and it shows that the ip address corresponding to mx.zoho.com (50.87.144.105 ) is blacklisted in various lists. I went onto each of the lists websites and tried to delist the ip, but I wasn't available to do it in all of them. Is Zoho staff aware

We just migrated to Zoho and we are getting undeliverable errors with : 554 Error_Code 5.7.1 The message from ______ with subject _____ matches a profile the internet community may consider spam. Please revise message before sending. Even revising the message will not work. FILTERS STOP WORKING
Hi, Since a while ago, every time I create a new folder for a new address of incoming email, and I want to create a filter for it, when I go to the filter option, and I want to select the folder were it should go, it doesn´t show. But if I go and chech for the folder created is there. Its only that the filter option doesnt show the new folder. So I cannot create new folders and I have to be seraching were the new emails go and move them by hand, this is not good. Please your help. Thanks

Hello all, I'd like a way of knowing quickly which emails i've replied to. Is there an icon or something? Something like what Apple Mail does (see attached). Having the conversation number is useful but if the conversation gets large I have no way of telling whether i've replied to it unless I go into the email and have a look. This can be really time consuming. Also, I know I can flag emails so I could do it manually, but again with the number of emails I have to deal with it would be too time

Dear all, I have created an account with zoho mail using affiliates@domainname.com then i added a second email in my master account luca@domaniname.com, then i make principal the secon one now i cannot delete the first one, i cannot in any way confiugre pop access for the second email, and when i try to access to the account ever when i log in as luca it results i am logged to affiliates.
