Buenas tardes, mi dominio es Salaatti.Com.mx, he empezado a usar su servicio para probarlo, pero los correos tardan horas en llegar y salir de la bandeja de entrada. Les agradezco su pronta ayuda. Saludos

People - you are asking the Zoho people that clearly are over their heads in this matter, to solve this issue. Zoho has ZERO redundancy since the rains took them down. Any tech can see this is the case. Now you expect the same folks to be able to answer your questions?!? Really? They set it up wrong and you expect them same people to pull a magic solution out of no where to help you instantly. Get the hint, they got into this mess since they do not know how to set up their technology services
Not receiving emails
I haven't received any emails since yesterday and even those were delayed almost 24 hours. I know you guys are dealing with a tragic catastrophe but we need email working again. We are in the middle of end of year fiscals and no emails are coming through at all.

Cannot send mail "Mail cannot be sent as the Email Address does not exist"
I have an issue sending emails to a particular email address using zoho mail. Clicking send email results in an error prompt of: mail cannot be sent as the Email Address does not exist. This is only for particular contacts, and I believe the error occurred spontaneously. We have previously sent emails to this contact out of Zoho. Any help would be appreciated.
Zoho mail not receiving mail not sending mail out
our domain 1stopja.com has been having serious delays in receiving email from outside our domain. 5+ hours of delay. I changed the MX records today to the recommended settings and now there are no emails being received. MXtoolbox.com does have all updated mx records. Can someone from zoho tech please check to see everything is ok on my settings. Thanks you, Daniel

I am from Argentina and also having problems receiving e mails. Yesterday some of them arrived 12 hs later!!! How long will it take to have the problem solved???

I have no choice but to migrate over to Office 365
Even though Zoho is more robust in my opinion the daily email delays is costing my company money. At first it was hackers. Next it was system problems. I can't get a straight answer. Regardless, my employees and clients are frustrated.
Delay in receiving / Not able to send e-mails / Outlook not working
Hi, I'm having multiple issues with my corporation email, domain: sierralajeado.com.br (my personal email is: marcelo@sierralajeado.com.br). I'm not even able to receive mails when I use the WEB interface. And when I try to send e-mails to other e-mail services e.g. Google or Yahoo mail, not receiving from those other e-mails as well. In summary nothing is working and not able to communicate with my customers.

Can we switch email providers while email issue is fixed?
We re having issues along with everyone else. Our business relies on email to let us know what jobs are scheduled and what we assign, etc. so not having email is not an option. If I update our mx records to something else, will we lose emails altogether? Is there a way around this to access emails?

Not getting emails - ZOHO paid email.
I am not receiving emails and sending is greatly delayed. I tried to call in but never got to a human. No bounce back is being sent to accounts sending emails to me but I am getting timeout errors in outlook via POP. IMAP is not getting the errors. Seems to have started yesterday and got to the point it's completely broken as of this morning.

These daily email delays are costing me money
Everyone in my company is having problems receiving emails once again after we were told everything is resolved. At first we heard it was hackers then some infrastructure issue. Whatever it is the email issues are not resolved. We have had delays all day and had to tell our government clients to send emails to our personal accounts.

Mail not arriving
Since my replies to posts never seem to show up, I am having to start a new post to see if this is published. I am still not receiving mail: neither via IMAP nor to webmail. I see all these posts from people working for Zoho claiming that the problems have been fixed, but they clearly have not for all of us. When will this be resolved?

Hi, it seems Zoho has a problem with my email account. First, the problem was fixed, because they blocked my account because i had 10 bounces. Mail Delay Is Not Fixed Yet
People have been posting things ALL DAY about mail delays and every post has been answered with some form of a response signifying that everything is fine. EVERYTHING IS NOT ACTUALLY FINE....I've sent numerous test emails to myself and haven't yet received the one I sent from my Yahoo email at 1135. I'll get an email in here and there from the current time (usually something auto-generated, not the important stuff sent by real people) but I'm sure there are a ton of emails that haven't gone through

All day yesterday and still today, my emails are showing up in my inbox with a time stamp of about an hour and a half earlier. Just received one at 9:40 that was sent at 8:00am. Every email that I receive was sent more than an hour ago.
How to toggle conversation view
Hi all, I'm totally new to Zoho, and currently testing it as a solution to move my account from Gmail (and it's new privacy-tracking policy)... I'm trying to enjoy the "threaded view" on Zoho, but it doesn't seem to work. It's a feature I really liked on Gmail, and I'm really looking for a mail solution with this feature. A friend sent me an e-mail, and I replied, asking him to reply again, and as he did, his reply showed as a "new message" in my inbox, instead of having these "bubbles" (see attachment).
Incoming Mails are Lagged for about 1-2 hrs
Some of my clients are trying to send me mails, but I can't get them to my inbox. Also, I have tried sending my account from other mail servers and I can't get them even from webmail. Is there a problem? I'm using IMAP.
