Additional Domain for emails
Hi everyone, please can someone advise how managing multiple email domains via Zoho works? I'm hoping we could have two different companies domains working so when I login I can clearly send/receive emails from shaun@examplecompany1.com and shaun@examplecompany2.com from the one Zoho account. Currently we manage company 1 via Zoho and company 2 via Outlook which I hate. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Shaun

Hi I had this message when trying to move my business emails from outlook to Zoho. Alias Email Id already registered by user not belongs to your organization. I've now deleted this email address alias from outlook however, I still get the same message. Please can someone advise urgently how to fix this or I won't be able to receive customer emails. Symptom: A line break in a mail-signature is not acknowledged by zoho mail in the new design. Reproduction: Use a signature for zoho mail that shows line breaks. Additionally, use plain text mode. Could you reproduce this with your own mail-account, please?
How do I set up custom domain email but keep my domains website hosted on previous provider?
I want to use Zoho for my custom email. I need to transfer my domain to Zoho to do this right? My domain is registered with Godaddy. My problem is i don't want to break or change my website that uses this domain and it is hosted at a separate hosting service not Godaddy. So how can I have my custom domain email setup on Zoho but my website using the same domain hosted at another website provider? I don't want to use forwarding but use the domain email directly. Please any help?

two days unable to send email
I have been receiving this error message for two days. I have made no changes to my email client.... anyone else in this situation? Used personal email address to contact support but no reply. Unable to send message;Reason:550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client, or login to the550-IMAP/POP3 server before sending your message. sender1.zohomail.com550-(mail.zoho.com) [74.201.84.157]:52940 is not permitted to relay through550 this server without authentication.
Not receiving any emails to my outlook.
After a year of relatively error free usage I have now gone 24 hours plus of no emails at all. Using zoho to forward emails from my domain name to outlook.... everything has been great for a year and then as of yesterday I have not got any emails sent from zoho to outlook. The emails are there in zoho, but nothing coming in to outlook 2007. I haven't touched any settings at all. Any help please?

About the speed for getting email
Hi, My colleagues and I have the problem of having a very slow speed for getting/sending emails, sometimes, the delay could be as long as 2 hours.We CAN NOT STAND THIS ANY MORE because we paid for this thing!!!! So pls help us solve the problem OK? IT IS QUITE URGENT!!!

Dear Support, If you move read email into the Archive folder via the web interface all appears well, however that same email when viewed from a iPhone of Outlook via Activsync sees the email marked as unread.

I was hoping to manage my emails via Outlook 365 on a laptop (not MAC) After following the instructions online, it keeps saying "Send test email failed". Lashback is blacklisting Zoho again
Outgoing IP address 74.201.84.153 is being blacklisted again. This means that I cannot send messages to Hotmail addresses, and possibly other email addresses. This has happened just over a week since the DDoS attack and the previous blacklisting episode. This is unacceptable. Some of us are running businesses using Zoho email and are losing business. I lost out on a contract during the last blacklisting episode, as my email did not get through to the potential customer. What is going on with
Not receiving e-mail from hotmail.com
My setup is working for a wild now but today by talking to one of my friend I came accross a realy big problem. I don't receive e-mail from hotmail.com; at least each e-mail I tried (I created one and asked friend to sent me e-mail from there hotmail.com adress) But I receive e-mail from hotmail.ca... Added hotmail.com and even tried add complete e-mail in the white list. That doesn't work.

Not recognizing signatures
For some reason, I have made multiple signatures, but they are not showing up, when I click the option to add my signature on the draft screen, they are nowhere to be found. Anyone have a similar problem that may have found a solution? It'd be greatly appreciated. m

I archive my email to a folder called "archived communication". Emails that I archive are sometimes not in that folder. I can do a search and find a specific email, but if I go in to the Archived Comm folder and browse I do not see it. What gives?
