pop3 does not fetch messages
I have just today subscribed to zoho email set up two domains to use with it. I have enabled Pop3 and SMTP to use with outlook. I have configured the outlook account for SMTP and Pop3 as directed in the Outlook Pop access FAQ. When I use the test button in the Outlook account configuration it works with no errors. I can send messages via SMTP but pop3 does not fetch any of the messages in my zoho inbox that I can verify are there through web mail. I don't see anything in the troubleshooting logs
IMAP not working both on Iphone & Mac
Hello, I tried to configure my email account on my Iphone & Mac. Both Imap is not working, SMTP works fine. Why? It is always saying password not correct. I also tried with other accounts of my team, still does not work. Thanks!

Don't think I ever had an admin password. Please send old pw, new pw, or instructions how to reset admin pw to my email address.

As we all know Zoho is currently under heavy DDOS attack https://www.zoho.com/service-updates/blog/zoho-services-under-criminal-attack.html My question is what happens to mail undelivered during the attack, because I havent't received any email for last 2 days and sender didn't get any "Undelivered mail ..." response. Are these mail lost or will they be delivered later (in next few days)?
Delete secondary email address
Hello, I am trying to delete a Secondary email address (studio@). I have made another secondary email address and confirmed it, but when I click the option to delete the first Secondary address a message appears saying ' Please contact your Organization administrator majorvisual@majorvisual.com,to delete your email address.' I am logged in as that administrator so I don't understand why this is happening. I want to free up studio@ so that I can add it as another user. Many thanks for any help!

Email signatures are not stable. When you view a sent email the font has defaulted to Times Roman, lines are over spaced. I have removed formatting and retyped several times. How do I fix this. I'll have to move if I can't get a decent signature. Is jpg best format for logos?

Hi Support, Please urgently help. I'm facing the same issue with forwarding emails to Gmail. It was working fine till few days back and no settings has been changed since. I noticed this when the obvious email notifications such as Facebook's doesn't get forwarded. Narrow search gives more results
Hi, I have question regarding the Zoho Mail search feature. Suppose I need to search all emails from a specific email domain address, like "abcdefgh.com". If my keyword search is abc, I have no results, but if I search for abcdefgh I get the desired results. How can a more narrow search result more records than a more wide search? Thank you, Igor.

Hi, We are currently trying out Zoho Mail for our business, it seems that we are having difficulty when communicating with 2 or more departments. Whenever we reply-to-all/forward an email to 2 or more Recipients, they see the email as only coming from me BUT cannot see the other recipients that it was also sent to. This causes confusion in our departments as they usually think that we have not looped in the relevant departments in an issue. Please let me know how to proceed. Thanks!

I very love zoho mail ; but there is still a last thing that i prefer in Gmail : There is a extension, called "boomerang for gmail", wich allow user to send a email at a scheduled date. A option like this would it be possible in Zoho-Mail ? Thank you.

Email drafts are breaking subsequent email
It seems that our email drafts are breaking the actual emails we send....one sent to a gmail account put a whole lot of extra space in at the top so that you can't read the email unless you scroll down a bunch. Other cases show the former draft snippet lines in the preview of an updated email (if I copy and paste an email I send to Dear Michael, change the name to Sarah and send, the preview snippet still says "dear michael" even though opening up the email you see that we changed it to "dear sarah").

compact inbox view?
Why would the inbox (or any mail view) not have a more compact view? I'm not asking for a feature here, I'm reporting a bug (or maybe pilot error if there is a setting I'm missing). Today stopped to work conditional forwarding. We haven't changed any settings but due some reason emails no forwarded (based on filter rule) Could you please check it as it is very important functionality for us. Auto Trash & Spam delete
Hi, I have noticed that since around August 2015 emails in my Spam and Trash folders are not being auto deleted. I am now having to manually delete emails. Is there a setting I can change to re-enable the feature? My Trash folder still contains emails back to September 2015. Many thanks Jim
