Dear Team, I cannot use my e-mail in system. Zoho show two errors: "Authentication Failure. Change the user credentials in the Mail settings and re-enable auto fetch." and [AUTH] Web login required: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/78754 I checked all my setting, they all the same like in described by link https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/zoho-mail/configure-gmail-account.html But still does not work. Please help.

How can I change the language of the New Version of the Zoho Mail UI ? Or at least, tell us when will it be in Spanish or how cna we help achieve this?

Unable to send email from Outlook (IMAP)
Cannot connect to the network Able to send and receive emails via Outlook up until last week when sending stopped because of the above error. Is there a problem connecting to smtp.zoho.com? Am able to send via phone and webmail but not Outlook. tracert smtp.zoho.com attached

Hello! I am trying to add a user/email to our custom domain with zoho: thenatureschool(dot)org(dot)au. I added jodinka(at)gmail.(dot)com and she registered with Zoho as per the link. I then went to control panel and as the super administrator tried to create her email: jodie(at)thenatureschool(dot)org(dot)au but it keeps saying that it already exists...but it doesn't?! I had no issues with the other account I created in the same way. I have already written to your support email some days ago

POP not downloading all emails!
My POP3 download has stopped downloading random emails, but they are arriving through IMAP connection. This appears to have started (stopped) yesterday afternoon. What's going on that certain emails aren't being downloaded? I even tried forwarding the missing ones to myself, but they still won't go through. And, with that said, is there a way to "flag" an email message on the ZOHO server so POP3 will re-download as if new, hopefully without messing with the received timestamp? Before anyone bounces

Hello all, I'm having trouble recieving emails from my WordPress website www.miruta.la (hosted in GoDaddy) using the plugin Contact Form 7, when I use my personal email there is not problem, but when I try to use the Zoho ones I never get them, I read about sending them trough the plugin WP Mail SMTP yet it was an unsuccessful attempt. Apple Mail client rejecting password after password change
Hi, i just changed my both my Zoho Admin password and Zoho Mail password online. I can still seamingly access all Zoho services via web browser. (I closed all browsers, even shut my laptop, restarted, logged in on Zoho Mail, CRM, etc.. All are working fine. I have been prompted to enter my new password in Apple Mail (OSX and iOS). Shared Email Folder Not editable
Hey there! LOVE the new Zoho Mail INterface - but having a bunch of issue with the shared fodler option between users of my organization. If User A Shares a folder with use B, sets the preferences to "Edit" User B still can't do anything but to read the folder (i.e. can't add to it can't delete anything. Any word on this?

It seems I have been a victim of e-mail spoofing as I received a lot of undeliverable alerts on e-mails I never sent. Event Reminder
I find the email integration in gmail very helpful. After corresponding with a potential client I can add them as a lead and schedule an event right through my email without actually having to log on to the CRM. The most helpful feature to me however is the email reminder I receive for the event and this is not available to create through the email integration. Shared folders - forwarding or commenting not working
I have a shared folder and I would like to forward an email in it to another person but whenever I try to do that it says "request failed". I have also tried to comment on the email and tag someone else in but when I type @ and the first letter of the persons name, it doesn't preload anything so I can't comment either. Are these 2 things not meant to work? Or are they just failing for me only?
