Can't find archived emails on android app
Hi, This problem appears with archived emails on my android app most of the time. A couple of times I was able to find the archived emails. v1.1.4 android app STEPS: From Inbox I tap filter and select 'All Folders', tap Search and type in person's name 'Suzanne' for example. No results. If I do the same from the web app I see many emails as expected, archived or not. Thanks, Victor
trouble with remove domain from zoho
we used zoho to custom email with our domain. but now we moved to using our private mail server. But some email can't send email to our mail server, some other can send. e-Mail not delivered - Domain Not Resolved
This morning (european time 10:35 AM), we sent an e-Mail to a couple of recipients. We got an error mail "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" stating that the e-Mail "could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanenterror.". It stated "mail@domain.com Domain Not Resolved" (about 20 times, some of the adresses were at gmx and hotmail).. How can this problem be solved?

A trainee tried to set up e- mails Company in Zoho Mail, and had already set up for Google Apps and now he forgot the administrator password (suporte@librapred.com.br), I want to delete the created accounts. E-mail alias removed but still on database
Hello, Due to some issues with zoho/wordpress communication, I had to start over the process of email creation. I removed my alias (contato@lorenaleandro.trd.br) in order to create another one under the same name, but now I get an error message saying the alias already exists. I have tried send email to --> info@gm7studio.com and sam@gm7studio.com And found that the email receive is inconsistent. Sometimes it delayed to receive and sometimes the email is not receive. Kindly assist on it. Thank you.

We just noticed that we can not access our online email login anymore at mail.ourdomainname.com Zohomail.com logins work but all our staff access mail online at mail.ourdomain.com We initialy set this up via DNS record pointing 'mail' to zoho and it was working fine up until a few hours ago.
