Mails are too slow
Hi, My mails are too slow. Each mail incoming and outgoing there is a delay of over half an hour. This has been happening for two weeks now. please help.
Authentication issues on Safari , 2 factor authentication not working on SMS and Voice.
Safari Version 9.0.1 (11601.2.7.2) on Mac OS X 10.11.1 reloads login page continuosly. Login on Safari now never succeds . It shows (briefly) "reload page" up to a few instants ago. SMS notifications and voice call for 2 factor authentication never get delivered , had to reset TFA for my user from administration account, and select Google authenticator. Unable to connect to server
We keep getting a message stating: Unable to connect to messaging server. Connecting in 60 seconds Try Now No email comes in during this time and I have no idea if the email I've sent has actually been delivered. This is obviously detrimental to our business. Not receiving any emails since November 10
Hello, I wanted to know what is going on with Zoho Mail. I have been receiving many emails everyday until November 10, when it stopped. Hi all, I would like to configure imap/smtp as follow: imap = mail.mydomain.com smtp = mail.mydomain.com instead of imap = imap.zoho.com smtp = smtp.zoho.com I did it with another provider before. Now I need to migrate the provider and I would like to keep the same aliases.. otherwise I need to contact my users and ask them to change their configurations in their mail client. Thank you

Hi, for some reason unknown my account on zohomail suddendly takes too long to recive emails, I send me a test from a Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail accounts and it takes aprox. 10 minutes to get the email in my inbox. Could you help me?

Can't find archived emails on android app
Hi, This problem appears with archived emails on my android app most of the time. A couple of times I was able to find the archived emails. v1.1.4 android app STEPS: From Inbox I tap filter and select 'All Folders', tap Search and type in person's name 'Suzanne' for example. we used zoho to custom email with our domain. but now we moved to using our private mail server. But some email can't send email to our mail server, some other can send. e-Mail not delivered - Domain Not Resolved
This morning (european time 10:35 AM), we sent an e-Mail to a couple of recipients. We got an error mail "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" stating that the e-Mail "could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanenterror.". It stated "mail@domain.com Domain Not Resolved" (about 20 times, some of the adresses were at gmx and hotmail).. How can this problem be solved?

E-mail alias removed but still on database
Hello, Due to some issues with zoho/wordpress communication, I had to start over the process of email creation. I removed my alias (contato@lorenaleandro.trd.br) in order to create another one under the same name, but now I get an error message saying the alias already exists.
