Hi everyone we have a problem concern all the mails with attachement. For example we are looking for a bill with an amount of 9,90 we usually type 9,90 in the search bar and we find the mail right away. This tool is not working anymore. Any ideas? Best regards. Sylvain.

Can’t solve Mailbox locked (pop) problem.
I am using Thunderbird to access 12 different mail accounts, 3 of them free zoho accounts. I needed to reboot my PC and since then one of the zoho accounts now returns a ‘Mailbox Locked’ error whenever I try to read mail from that account. The other 2 zoho accounts work perfectly. (I have no idea if the zoho account was being accessed when I rebooted). I have read the help section which states that this problem can occur when concurrent requests are made. Does the New Zoho Mail read external POP3 mail accounts?
The old version of Zoho Mail let us add multiple POP3 accounts within Zoho Mail, which were available at the foot of the folder list to switch accounts. The new Zoho Mail only seems to show the Zoho mailbox itself, with no way of setting up external accounts. Will this feature be migrated?

Android mobile sends email subject line but does not send the message body.
Hello, I am currently finding an error as I use the zoho mail for android app on my LG g3 and LG vk810. When I send a message from the normal zoho mail app, the recipient will recieve the email, and is able to see the subject line, but when they look at the email, the text body does not show up. My email window is BLANK
Yesterday everything was fine, but when I logged in today my email window is completely blank in all categories. If I click on the 'Try New Version' link they show up; however I do not want, or like, the New version. Are we now required to use this new version just to access emails, or is this a temporary glitch? Thanks for any help.

Forwarding of email with attachment (PDF) using new webmail interface removes the attachment
When I forward an email with an attachment (PDF) using the new webmail, although the attachment is shown at the very bottom of the email, the recipient only gets the text and no attachment I tried an experiment and added a second attachment manually from local folder and sent once more, the manually added attachment (JPG) was delivered but the PDF was once again missing I switched back to the older version of webmail and forwarded the original mail again, with the singe attachment and it worked fine.
Super-Admin left the organization and I am unable to access
Hi, I had a super admin manage my emails. He has since left the organization and gave me the login information for the account. However, I am unable to login and cannot obtain the correct login credentials. I attempted to create a new account and link and verify my domain but was unable to because the system said that the domain is already in use/verified. How can I either access the super-admin account or re-link my domain to create emails? Domain is www. bullieslife (dot) com. Thank you.
How to Build Custom Queries in The New Zoho Mail Web Interface?
Dear Zoho Team, I am using the new Zoho Mail web interface and am trying to build a custom search query that returns all flagged emails sent to either one of three recipients (multiple OR condition). I though of something like To=(a@example.com, b@example.com, c@example.com) Is:Flagged, but there don't seem to be a place to actually put this query. I read the instructions on power search, but those seem to be targeting the old web interface. At least I haven't been able to achieve anything mentioned

I have setup this account and trying to send referral to my partner companies. I am getting the following error: You can start referring other domains only after you change the mx records of your domain. I have already changed my MX records and started receiving the email to zoho from google.

Trouble Connecting my Zoho mail account with Thunderbird
Hello- I am having trouble getting my Zoho mail account configured with Thunderbird. I have tried different ports, adjusting my IMAP/POP settings through the Zoho Mail website, and various different configuration combinations. Thunderbird says "Thunderbird failed to find the settings for your e mail account". I tried to attach a screenshot(25kb-.png) but it just hangs. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Wix and Zoho Trouble: Can send but not receive email
I am trying pretty desperately to get Zoho to play nice with Wix, but I am not having any luck yet. So far, I can send emails successfully from Zoho, but I cannot receive them. New user - issue with my sent emails going to junk or spam
Hello- I'm a new personal user of zoho.com mail. I do not send marketing emails or mass emails or anything of the sort. I left a job after a very long time and needed a reliable personal email account, and I found my way to zoho. My problem is that an extraordinary number of emails that I send are never received by the intended recipient. Sending Mails from gmail to zoo is not possible
Hello Zoho, yesterday I forwarded mail from gmail to my zoho mail address but the mail did not receive. Today I did some more testing and it was not possible to send mails from gmail to zoho. Why does it matter if I have english characters in my From header?
Hello, so I'm using web2py and it's mail sending capabilities. I've managed to successfully have the from header to be as I desire using English characters but I get an error when I switch to non-Engilish characters for example: From: Αβγ <user@mydomain.com> At some point I was getting a 553 error but now I'm getting a "Connection unexpectedly closed". Any idea why it matters whether I have english or not characters? thank you,
