I think somebody might have used the address as a spoof 'from' address for spam as I was getting a lot of undeliverable emails back from addresses I had never heard of.
Two situations
I set up Zoho mail for a client 10 months ago. Everything's been working fine so far, excepto for 2 situations: 1) We have an account that's configured in Microsoft Outlook in 4 computers as POP. The problems is that just one of those computers gets all the incoming emails and the other 3 don't, the weird part is that if someone logs in the web those emails are in the server, but they don't sync with outlook. 2) The other issue we've experienced is that supposely after 7 days messages should be deleted
Sender address rejected by server
I have been using my so Soho account on my iPhone and desktop for over a year with no problem. I just bought a new iPhone 6s Plus and set it up identical to my previous iPhone five, however outgoing mail Is rejected and stays in the outbox. I get the error message "sender address 'stephen@fisherxc.net' rejected by server" Incoming emails seem to be working working perfectly. Can you please help me get my new iPhone set up to work with outgoing mail? Stephen

I'm getting IMAP connection errors for imap.zoho.com:993 on all of my devices. Was working fine up until this morning. Logging into webmail works just fine. Are there issues with IMAP at the moment?

Mail replies don't show in contact record

HTML Verification Failing
Hi ! I'm trying to setup custom emails for my domain (festival4saisons.ch, which i own). First I need to verify ownership. I'm using the HMTL option to verify. I followed each step, uploaded the verifyforzoho file in the zohoverify folder which I created in the root of my website. recipients try to reply to my emails with no luck. Not getting some emails from some people. Help!
It seems Zoho mail has issues with some of my customers email servers maybe. When I send an email sometimes they cannot reply directly to the email I sent. Any ideas on what the issue is? They also report having sent emails they composed themselves being sent but I am not getting them and they are not in my spam folder. Or, they don't get my emails.
Mail Forward Failure
Hi, I forward all my emails (and do not leave copies) its been working pretty well, for a number of months. I've seen a couple that have not forwarded (but its been a long time) and I've gotten a small handful with "Mail Forward Failure" in the subject, but I could see who its from. Up until now they haven't been anything important, but the last one was from my credit card company which had fraud on the account so I would like to read it, is there any way I can get the message? Email Forwarding verification issues
Hi, I am the Super Administrator of a Mail Free plan with several users setup. Each of the users/accounts is setup for Mail Forwarding as the emails for @mydomain.org.au are all committee members who change annually so I need to replace the forwarders each year approximately. When I add an email Forwarder through the Control Panel the forwarding addresss is displayed and needs to be verified. Default mail account is disabled
I do not understand because the default mail account is disabled and all the time I can not send emails. I have to correct it and enabling it to be putting the password of my account. This did not happen before.

Search mail is not working properly
The issue is simple. Not all messages are retrieved in search. We have ensure that the filters selection in search are the proper ones. I think the problem appears only with recent messages. In order to reproduce the issue, only have to send a message to your address and when it arrives, perform a search that surely match this search, and mail is not shown in results. Also, if you run a filter throw folder, recent messages are not matched and filter is not applied to them.

I use chrome, and when I attempt to send an email from an account or contact, the default is Outlook. How to I change the default within the email field to be ZOHO Mail???? Very frustrating....

Missing 3 days worth of emails after starting an email migration
I started an IMAP email migration for multiple email accounts today (afternoon of Oct 12) and during the process, emails currently in the inbox of several accounts went missing. They are not in the trash nor spam folders. The missing emails are dated from Oct 8 - 12 and are extremely important, so it's a major hinderance that they cannot be accessed. after setting up exchange for my iphone i get all my email on my iphone but it does not stay in mail.zoho.com or Zoho Mail App . it just skips straight to the iphone? How can i get my mail in both places and have it sync or is that a sacrifice of using exchange?

Hi Support I created an email address using the domain spcsports.co.uk and I've forgotten the password for all the email addresses the admin account and for the rescue email as well. Stupidly I can't even remember what the rescue email is... I own the domain, I can send you the verification number if you like. Android contacts view
New Zoho user here. i am able to import and sync my contacts. Had to use vcard export out of yahoo for it to work. however the list begins with frequently used contacts on my mobile device which is not correct since I just imported. Is there a way to clear the frequently used contacts to start fresh?
Cannot Migrate from Exchange!
Hi, I am trying to migrate email from my exchange server and have emailed support multiple times over the past 2 weeks with no response. I installed outlook on my exchange server and ran the software. I tried all possible combinations of server names and domain names (see top photo) and I am still getting this error message when I try to find a user that I want to migrate (see bottom). I also tried doing this on one of our Windows 7 machines, with the same result. Please help! - mikev@visionmep.com
