Not receiving emails
Have not been receiving emails since about 3am EST. I have been able to send emails out, but my clients are getting messages that our email addresses have "permanent failure errors". Is there a status as to when this will be fixed?

the old format had compact lines but this one has all the emails double spaced. i changed the font but it didn't do anything to the spacing. how do i fix that? i really hate this 'spread out' look.

Where are my forum posts - why does support not reply?
Hi, A couple of days ago I contacted support directly - I never received confirmation that they will get back in touch soon, which is what they usually do. And of course, I never got any other kind of reply. Now, a couple of hours ago I posted on the Zoho Calendar forum - while after hitting "publish" it said that the post is under moderation, checking my area now, there is no indication of the post, neither as a draft nor as a published post. What is going on here?

Email Policies to Block Incoming Domains
Under Mail Administration within my Control Panel I have an Email Policy with a Mail restriction type for incoming Domain emails. I can add and block my work domain all day long however, most other domains where I receive spam are ignored. For instance I receive a lot of spam from the following domains: etungs.com worldwidemidst.com mremot.com coroyo.com Every one of these have been added as block incoming domain email policy and none of them work. Again, I can add my work domain to this list

Have a small issue, I accidently deleted an email account which I want to restart, I was successful in setting up the email but now it wont let the user login (sayini). It says deactivated account to try to reregister it says the user already exists. The account important please help Cheers vijay

Email Templates not able to use "no-reply" email server?
I added my personal email to my Zoho account and the Email Template is allowing me to use my Zoho email I registered with and Current User's Email / Record Owner's Email The no-reply account I was to use is set up in the "Email Settings" section, but I am unable to select it for the Email templates. WHY?!??!
Tickets created with '(No Subject)' and 'from' Possible SPAM'
We have had a couple of tickets created with: Subject: (No Subject) From: Possible SPAM The emails for these tickets have both been sent with subjects, and they are coming from email addresses that are not spam (we have the email addresses saved in Zoho Support). One of the tickets was a response to an email we sent via another ticket (we sent the email from our Zoho support email address). Another ticket was a new email that was sent to our support address. Is new email interface confirmed to work on IE 9 and above?
I'm a new Zoho user as of October 1 and gather I'm using the new email interface. Are there Internet Explorer users out there who can successfully run the new interface? It works fine for me on Chrome/Firefox/Opera but I'm having problems on Internet Explorer. Our work is on IE 9 and the problem is that clicks on email subjects don't bring up the email body and clicks on the left-side folders don't do anything. unable to create folder
When I try to create a mail folder, it adds the text area to type the folder name but upon finishing I press enter and nothing happens. When I click somewhere else it disappears. I can create and delete labels with this procedure without problems. Any help?

Hi, Sending messages is not working for me in either zoho version, in the old zoho it just says "sending message" and hangs. In the new zoho version it says " Sorry, we are unable to process your request." I notice that saving draft is activating at the same time as trying to send so this may be related (from an IT Engineers perspective). Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection
Hello One person at work receives this warning in Outlook: Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Only 1 out of the many at work get this. I changed the timeout to a few minutes instead of 30 seconds (something like that), but she still gets this warning sometimes. What can we do to stop it? I tried disabling her firewall, just in case that was it, but she still gets it completely randomly. Thanks
Users and plans need demystifying
As far as I can tell we have a free plan on mail. Does this mean we must pay for additional users? What do we get with addit users? Do they each get their own mail box? Currently our three people (all partimers) use the same mail and we filter incoming messages so they are all sent to the appropriate mailbox, which works fine. Unfortunately outgoing mail usually goes out with my name and return address on it because people keep forgetting to use the templates we have set for them so a sent email
Sending and watching requests sent to Support
Hi everybdoy, Maybe someone can help me out. In the past I sent questions / reported problems to Zoho Support and always received confirmation and - a couple of days later - a reply with a solution or explanation. I have been trying to do this again a couple of days ago. Never received confirmation. Just sent another support request and so far haven't received confirmation either. Should be immediate, shouldn't it, as it is an automated process anyway. I tried out "my requests" at the Support page
Contact lists reset to 0
Hello, I noticed today that my variuos contact lists all show 0 contact in it. Only the category ALL contact is full. But when I look at one contact from the category all contacts, near his name is also showed that he is in one category wit the status 0. How is this possibile? And what happeen if I start adding new contacts in categories showing 0 ( but as it looks like they are full)? Thank for the answer

New Zoho Mail with CRM
I switched to the new interface. I can't really stay with it because it seems to have zero interface with the CRM where I keep my calendar, notes and contacts. Will that be integrated soon? Until then I'll have to stay on the old interface.
Bug in label behavior in New Zoho Mail - Displaying labeled emails works only the first time
Hello, I really like the New Zoho Mail. I want to report something I have noticed with the labels. When I click on one of my labels, e.g. "important", zoho displays all emails with that lable. Fine. But if I then click anywhere else, like the inbox or another label and then go back to the same "important" label no emails are diplayed. I have to reload the page to reset the situation. This happens everytime with all the labels. They only filter emails the first time. Thank you

Mail not received chronologically
This is not a huge issue. But it's weird. Sometimes I get morning mail in the afternoon - and it's slipped into it's regular time slot in the email list. For example, I'll review and mark all my email as 'read' from the morning. Then some hours later, I'll see unread mail slipped in around the morning time frames. Is this a Zoho thing? Why would some emails not be received for hours after their time-stamp?

Exchange Migration Error
Hi, I am trying to migrate some users over to Zoho from our Exchange server. I have done this before with no problems but now it is giving me an error that says "Session is invalid, could not able to get mailbox." (please see screenshot) I have installed it as admin, am running the program as admin. I have also tried restarting the server and the service. All the mailboxes are valid and there. Inbox keeps reloading all emails
Hi My email account keeps reloading all my received emails. At first I thought it was just a problem with my Iphone (inbox was repeatedly refreshing and downloading 999 emails) but I now have the same problem using zoho through Windows Live Mail (it has just tried to download thousands of emails). I have had this account for a while with no problems like this and I havent changed or updated anything recently. Any ideas how to stop this? Thanks
