Good morning, I am having troubles having my spam forwarded to my appropriate accounts as well (even with the appropriate settings selected). How can we fix this issue?
pop3 account on zoho does not delete emails on fastmail server
hi, I set up a pop3 account on zoho - to retrieve mail from my address @xsmail.com (it's a fastmail.fm address). I ticked off "Delete messages from Server whenever I delete here". This doesn't work. I originally contacted zoho support and was suggested that I should check with fastmail. Fastmail is now getting back to me saying that it's tested on their side, they can't "see" zoho telling them to delete mail, so I should check whether I've really ticked off that box... can you please help. Every time i tried send email from google to my zohomail, it bounced back with a message below. but if i send email from hotmail, it goes through. what to to to solve this problem? Editing Email user name
While making the account mistake I made a spelling error in the name. I changed the name from the user details section in control panel. It's showing the changed name. But, when I compose an email in the "From" area of the email form, it's still the old spelling, which cannot be edited on screen. How can I change the user name from that particular area too.
BIG DELAY to deliver a message

Aol POP3 Account emails not Syncing Properly
Hello, I added a aol email to my inbox in the form of a POP3. Initially, it synced and received all emails into my zoho inbox (from the aol inbox) then moved them to the trash in the aol inbox as I configured in the settings. Now over the weekend, I see it failed to sync 4 messages from the aol inbox, yet it still moved them to the aol inbox's trash. It clearly isn't an authentication issue as it it's still moving the incoming messages in the aol inbox into the trash, yet it's not receiving/syncing
Can't get email to work on my iphone, even after checking imap settings, etc. Sent emails for support.
I am new to zoho. I started with the free account. I took care of the domain verification and that was fine. Then I created my email account. I am able to send and receive emails on the web. I can create additional accounts with my domain name, but I cannot get my iphone to work with mail or Thunderbird. I have checked all of the imap settings, ports, etc. Still no luck. Lost ability to add email to Leads
With the new Zoho Mail design, We have lost the ability to add a person to Leads. Now, we can only add a person to "Contacts." Why ? PS. The new design is not that good. Very difficult readability. Another cost cutting move by Zoho, very disappointing that the company is unwilling to pay for quality designers.

Every time I try to sign into the moblie apps Mail, Tasks, and CRM it gives me the error message saying: Zoho services is Disabled/Removed for your Zoho Account. It says to contact my administrator, but he is not sure what happened either. What do I do? I need to be Mobile NOW. Thanks!
Sent mail from custom domain not shown in main content pane

I started using Zoho recently and am sending / receiving mail at my custom domain. However, after sending mail, I am not able to view it in the main content pane to read in full. The mail does get sent and the content is delivered to the sender; it seems to be a viewing-related issue only. This is an issue in the new and old format
Navigating from within mail in separate tab
After opening message in new tab (shortcut t in list view), it would be convenient to open next or previous message not leaving the same tab; or deleting the currently opened message and automatically opening the next one. Nicer if adding keyboard shortcuts for these functions.

Hi, We have experience problem with our zoho mail when we switch to Hostpapa yesterday. The error that the other server returned was: 550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. 550-mail-vk0-f54.google.com [209.85.213.54 ]:34285 is not permitted to relay 550 through this server without authentication. Zoho mail not working
I can't send or receive any emails through Zoho. There is no difference anywhere. When i send it, it shows "Message sent" but the receiver can't receive it. I can't receive any emails either. Can you please look into it asap? We have clients waiting.

Can't view sent emails when doing mass email
Hi! I don't know if the contacts I selected for a mass email using a email template were sent an email. Nowhere in my sent folder in both Zoho or Gmail show that the 20 or so contacts I selected were sent emails. The only confirmation I have is after hitting send, a pop up message confirmed that 20 emails sent. Also, when viewing the contact's record under emails is the record of all emails sent from crm. How come I cant check by viewing the sent folder in either Zoho or Gmail? thanks

Hello I am very concerned as to why I keep receiving permanent error messages when I am sending emails to people that I have previously emailed with absolutely no problems before. It is very important that I am able to email these people but I keep receiving error messages.
I'm unable to finalize the domain verification process to set up my email address
Hi, I did everything and then according to the instructions: You have now added the CNAME successfully. You may have to wait for at least an hour for the changes to take effect in the DNS Servers. After an hour or two, log in to your Zoho Mail Control Panel and click Verify. If I click Verify it brings me back to the beginning of the verification process which I already did. this is very frustrating. Can you please let me know how to finish the process? Regards
Pending emails after bounce block
Hi all,. I've just been nobbled by the bounce limit block. I'm using SMF forum software to email my 6000+ members - and enough email addresses have been invalid to trigger the Zoho sending block. My question is this.... the SMF software still ploughs on sending my newsletter long after then block is in place so what happens to all these emails? Does Zoho requeue them to be sent after the block is removed or do they get lost forever? If they get lost then I have no way of knowing who on my forum has
MX Record correct but unable to receive
The MX record is correct as far as I can tell but I am still unable to receive any emails. I can send them but not receive. I created a new user and it is working fine. I used to use the same email with google apps before switching over to zoho. Could this be the issue?

Emails not being received from one sender
Our domain proptech.aero is unable to receive emails from baesystems.com. The sender is copying another email address on the emails and they are receiving it fine. Outlook settings are correct and not blocking it and the sender gets no failure emails. They have tried emailing multiple addresses on the domain. Can you please investigate?

Hi, I am trying to set up the smtp mail settings in Joomla 3.4 to use zoho. I configured it with no luck.( I have the two factor authentification OFF). The contact form in the web claims SMTP connect() failed. Nevertheles, I configured the smtp settings with a google apps account and it is working perfectly. Can not add a pop3 account of gmail
I have already email account in Gmail. I am trying now to add this pop3 account into Zoho Email, but it doesn't work. I have make Gmail setting available for pop3 access, then step by step to add a new pop3 email. Template bug on ZoHo Writer demo.
Hi, There's no section for ZoHo Writer so I'll post this here in the hopes the bug can be corrected. On the ZoHo Writer demo that is on your website there is a bug with one of the templates. The template is named "Test". It produces a box of text that covers the top left side of the screen that prevents the template from being deleted. Hope this helps. Mike
Disable two factor authentication for SMTP?
Hello, I've seen that Zoho supports two factor authentication. That's really cool. When I turned on the feature, my mail client (claws-mail) completely failed to send/retreive email, because it has no idea how to deal with the new security feature. May I turn off the feature, for example, for some trusted IP and/or for command line interfaces while I still have the feature for web-based email? Does that make sense? Thanks a lot.
