Why can't I create subfolders in the sent items folder?
It's quiet easy to create subfolders in my inbox. When trying it for sent items it seems impossible to do so. Anyone suggestions or tips?
How do I link an email to an account?
Hi, I copy zoho in relevant emails I send (me@zoho.com). The email ends up in my inbox in Zoho. Now I would like to associate that email with a particular account, so I can go to that account and see all the emails everyone has sent about that account. How do I do that?
Created users not able to sign in
Hello, I am admin for my company's account. I created few users and sent them their passwords. However, they are complaining that there is no account setup for their email address. hello there, On our email info@siotas-store.gr outgoing is currently disabled. Our site was hacked by malicious files. Malicious files were sending spam email. Site was totally scanned and cleared. Not all emails being downloaded to Mac Mail
Does anyone else have this problem? Some, but not all, emails from my Zoho account are appearing in Apple Mail but it seems random, there doesn't seem to be any pattern. However they all seem to appear on my iPhone 5 using its mail program, and on my Surface 3 Pro tablet which uses Thunderbird. Does this mean that it's a problem with my iMac running Apple Mail (v8.2) on Yosemite? I've seen a whole heap of emails complaining about emails within Zoho disappearing etc. I don't have those problems, only
User or password not valid
I have not been able to access my zoho mail account for the past 4 hours. I get user or password not valid error. I have already checked them several times and they are correct. Help!
imap / smtp not working over VPN - blocked?
Hi everyone, I can access imap.zoho.com and smtp.zoho.com from home, but if I use a VPN or university internet, I cant access my emails. (webmail still works) This is only happening with zoho, all my other accounts working fine. I also can't use any zoho accounts using outlook for ipad. Can somebody help me out to get my emails working while at uni? Thanks

DNS configuration for users with own subdomains
Hello, I would like to configure my domain to allow each user to use their own subdomains (even on different server) but also have part of email address before @ as their username without subdomain behind. Example: Hosted on ZOHO: user1@domain.com work@user1.domain.com noreply@user1.domain.com But I dont want to limit users from using different email providers, so I am not sure, if it is correct to set MX record at DNS for the whole domain.com to ZOHO servers. AOL spam complaints
I contacted AOL because they had blocked a mailing to our subscribers as spam. They replied as follows: Hello, We are seeing very high spam complaints from IP 74.201.84.163. The IP is also sending mail to spamtrap addresses. Apply for a Feedback Loop on our website to manage the complaints. Thank You, AOL Postmaster. Server Error 7009
The emails that are not displaying in the Inbox and Sent box are caused by Server Error 7009 (message that pops up). Please fix this on your side, it's impossible to work with 'hidden' emails.
New UI
Hello, sir Is there any confirm deadline or expected time frame for implementing new UI in zoho mail, because its look like win 98 mail box, in 2015 era. I have checked all replies from team zoho, since 2014 feb, All are saying that we will soon. Its have been more that 1 year and 3 month that in testing phase.

Can we get a tooltip of someone's email address when hovering over From field in the main Mail view?
It would be helpful to be able to see the email of a sender without opening the message! Can we get a tooltip for that when we hover over the From? I don't want to open any spam by mistake but I also don't want to miss legitimate messages. Also, once we DO open a mail, we should be able to see the subject line easily. Right now I think all we can do is open the header and that's very hard to read in the format it's in currently.
Please redesign spam list behaviors!
Hi guys, have loved your services for years and really appreciate them. However, I must object to some of the changes in the anti-spam section's behavior. First, I was pleased when I saw the anti-spam section had changed to a popup over the mail function, allowing us to simply close it when we were done with it and return to mail. Now it's back to the old behavior that gives us no way to return to the mail screen unless we reload. Who thought that was a good idea? There's not even a button or menu

Hi I used to use a free version of Zoho CRM and a paid version of Zoho Mail. Note that this was IN ADDITION to our company's regular email hosting provider (InMotionHosting). Emails disappeared from all folders except Inbox
Hi, All emails that are moved from Inbox into folders that I created have disappeared. Emails that remained in the Inbox are still accessible. This is the case when Zoho Mail is accessed from the desktop. In the mobile app emails in folders are shown in the list without subject or address and cannot be opened. I hope it is possible to fix. Hi everyone! I'm trying to setup my exchange activsync on my android in the updated outlook app, as the stock exchange client is a battery hog. I'm getting "Please check your domain username and password and try again" error even after using fresh app specific password. Hello, I have configured an iPhone per the documentation with the native IOS mail client via active sync. However no mail is appearing in my client, My contacts are downloading and populating my iPhone but no mail. I have reset four or five times. Not getting email from a specific source
I'm able to get some email sent to my Zoho Mail account, but there is one sender that isn't making it. We've got a form on a Wordpress site hosted on Bluehost that sends an email to us. When we direct this form to a @gmail.com account it's received, but not when directed to our Zoho mail account. We're able to get emails from other sources. We don't see the email in our spam folder or inbox.

have been using namecheap hosting to setup the mx records.. it was working till 26th July. not sure what has changed since, senders don't get a sent failure but we don't receive email in the inbox.

I don't have an organisation I don't have a domain anymore. Somone is sending spam from our domain
Hi, Someone is sending spam from our domain with a part from our contact list in "cc", we have SPF record setup, we changed already password, we even enabled 2 way authentication but still this spammer is able to send mails with our domain with a part from our contact list in "cc".
