Hello, I am testing your service to change from gmail to zoho. I am very much liking your interface but there are a couple of problems that are frustrating to me. Zoho is deleting my email
I just finished moving one of my email addresses to Zoho. I sent a test email and Zoho put it into the junk folder. I moved it to the inbox and Zoho immediately moved it back to the junk folder. So I deleted the junk folder and now my test emails are just disappearing. How do I make Zoho leave my emails in the inbox?

Emails missing from my inbox AND outbox
Hi there, I have a few emails missing from my inbox and my outbox completely cleared itself yesterday. I've tried contacting Zoho but no response yet.. does anyone have a fix for this? One of the emails missing from my inbox is pretty important, so as you can understand I am worried! Thank you.
Problems with missing mail and empty folders
For last few hours when accessing Zoho Mail with Firefox or Chrome my Inbox has appeared to be nearly empty. It shows only the most recent individual mail or two, and none of the others that are also in there. Also, all folders now appear empty, when they actually are not. Folders with unread mail are flagged as such in the sidebar, but also appear empty of mail - new or old - when selected. Any help would be appreciated..! Thanks.

Messages not visible in one subfolder

Still after white listed my domain and email address - it's going to the spam folder
I have my website where I have my "contact form" and that web/domain forwarding all questions/inquires to my zoho email. But somehow those emails going straight to the 'spam'. How can i fix it? I've read your hints and I did exactly you show, to add that specific domain and email address to white list, but Is just doesn't work! Still emails going to 'spam'. What is the solution for this?

Good Morning Zoho, I am having a large issue. One of the users on our account has lost all of her messages. I have checked for archived messages, I have looked in the trash, and I have checked the folders (which are now empty too). Emails from whitelisted domain going to Spam
Hi. I have had several emails that quite often go to Spam folder even though they are whitelisted domains. The most prevalent are the following 3 savingstar.com swanson-vitamins.com grabagun.com I have added these domains to my whitelisted domains, but everyday I receive emails from them and they go to my Spam folder. Hello Support, As of 11:45 UTC -5 (15 minutes ago), I haven't been able to access IMAP or SMTP via any client or device of mine, using multiple networks. I've also confirmed with dotcom-tools.com, which is showing IMAP & SMTP down from over 20 global locations with the time-out error code of 10600. Major issues with slow computer when using Zoho email and syncing with Outlook.
Serious issues with Zoho and Outlook sync found. Using a new laptop, of less than two months, and installing Zoho email feature, the sync function created a laptop that became so slow that we could not function and perform efficient work. After over a week and 9 hours of IT work by three superior IT members, there were no other problems found, except that "something" was running in the background that used over 90% of the computer's capacity. I removed Zoho email and the speed increased remarkably.

Hello, I am just getting bombarded with spam email every day. I recently learned how to locate the source IP address of an email by displaying the email header. Is there any way to block emails from specific IP addresses in Zoho email? (I mean block completely, not just have them go to the Spam folder, which they already do). Can't Enable IMAP (no save button) or set up Android Access
I have gone through the step by step multiple times and keep getting an error message that just sends me back to the step by step info. I believe the problem might be with enabling IMAP on Zoho as there's no save button. A pop up says changes were made successfully, but it doesn't stay that way. I have POP3 enabled and tried setting up via that option, but still get either links to instructions or that the server can't be reached. How do I fix this?! Thanks.
Can't Create Application Specific Password
I want to setup my email on my iPad. I have TFA enabled on my user account. However, I don't see a place to generate an application specific password. From User Details --> TFA Tab, there is no option to generate a password. The only options are to disable and turn off.
Changing a domain name
Hi, I'm in the process of changing my domain name. My current mail is sara@mycurrentdomain.com and I need to change my mail to sara@mynewdomain.co. If I change my current email to the new domain, will emails sent to my old address be forwarded to me? If so, how do I change the domain of all of the emails in my account? Or is it a better bet to start over completely with the new domain and just set up email forwarding to the new domain? Thank you!
