Forwarding to my Gmail Failing
I currently have my main account with zoho and a few sub accounts that I have confirmed accordingly with gmail. Everything seems to be set up properly and I even have tested the forwarding where occasional it is working. I have checked off forward even if spam and havent been receiving those emails as well. Any ideas?

Bounced email address
Hi, It seems that zoho mail does not send emails to the address something like john.smith@acme.com. (dot prior to @) I can send emails to that address from Gmail. Is this restriction in zoho mail?

Organisation Categories
We would like to use the shared "My Organisation Contacts" list to allow all users to be able to send emails to a common list of email addresses but have two problems: 1. There does not appear to be a way of adding categories to the "My Organisation Contacts" list in the same way you would for personal contacts, meaning we are unable to split the entire list into different types of mailing list and then picking one of those mailing lists or Categories to send a bulk email to. Am I missing something

Can send but not receive emails
So I decided to choose Zoho for my business email, and I love it, all apart from one problem. I can send emails from my business account (alex@exosites.co.uk), but it's just refusing to receive them. I've checked over and over again and everything's set up right. Before a load of staff come on going 'Check your MX'. Please, telling me to check my MX isn't helpful because I have done so numerous times. Anyway, thanks in advance. -Alex
Outlook App on iPhone (iOS8) not accepting mail account
Hi, Has anyone had any luck using the Outlook app on iPhone? I've tried to add my Zoho account (myemail@mydomain) via the "Other Mail (IMAP)" option, but it just gives an error message to check the email address and password, both of which I know are correct. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, My uncoming emails are not being received in my zoho mail recently. My last email was successfully received on 18-July. My DNS setting had been set to mx.zohomail.com I search on your website and found that the DNS setting is mx.zoho.com. Should I chnge my DNS setting to mx.zoho.com? Please advise. Thanks.
How can I download my mail on my phone?
Hi, I have no problem accessing my account on my computer (using thunderbird), but I can't get it to work on my phone. I tried both pop and imap, but I get a "server connection failed" message. Yahoo mail works on that phone (an old motorola "motogo"), though gmail has the same problem as zoho mail. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi, After I move or delete an email, I want that the next email gets opened/ selected and not the previous one. How do I do this please? I start reading my day's email from the oldest to newest. And after I have treated (moved/ deleted) that email the previous mail (older email that I have already seen) gets opened up but I want the next email (newer one) to open. Strange issue in the Subject of a mail
Dear All, As you can see from the image below sometimes in our emails without any reason it show us "Call Send SMS Call from Mobile etc". Why this happens? Domain Verification
I can't seem to get my domain verified from ZOHO, my domain is through 123reg and I have my webpage hosted by Wix, I have the setting set in 123reg for connecting my domain to Wix, but when i try linking ZOHO with 123reg, it can't verify, any ideas what to do. Thanks.

Sub Email Account Control
I just opened a Zoho Account with one SUPER ADMINISTRATOR account and 3 sub accounts. Will I be able to monitor the traffic (emails) from the users of the 3 sub accounts? Also will I be able to access these sub accounts once I have allocated them to each of the users? I.e If user one changes the password of his account, will I still be able to access it and send emails from it? or at least control it from the Super Administrator account. Zoho webmail works, on outlook it does not work
Hi, I have setup my account (advancedmgroup.com) successfully on webmail which is working fine. I currently have two issues. 1. The emails were hosted on Godaddy previously and so we have now shifted this to Zoho. There is no error messages when doing a send/receive, but our emails from the server do not download to outlook. We can see the emails on webmail, but when we check for it on Outlook, it is not there. Could it be that only some emails get downloaded when POP is enabled? Please help as
