Hi I have a Zoho account and I can see some mails in the Inbox of my phone and by the time I click on it, they disappear. I dont find them in the Inbox later. They just vanish. This has been happening for the past few weeks.

Hi, My email address has outgoing blocked by Zoho due to exceeding the daily number of recipients in an email. I manually unblocked my account yesterday, but I forgot to remove the problematic email from the queue. So, when the email went through again, my account got blocked again. I am unable to unblock it anymore as I get a message saying I've exceeded the maximum number of unblocks in a 24 hour period. Can't send mail, I/O error
I'm unable to send emails from both web and the app. It gets stuck with "Sending mail" message then after a while this error appear: "Problem sending email in executing I/O operations" (message translated from italian, actual english message may differ) What's happening? Pretty sure it's an issue on your side, i was able to send email since around 3pm. Does this also means I'm not receiving any mail? Please fix it asap.
Problem in sending email while doing IO operation
I've tried a bunch of things suggested in other threads about this. This problem is happening when I am trying to send and email with a .pdf file (not obscurely named) other emails have sent. Please look into this ASAP as it is critical that I send this email! Thanks
Mail set up configuration in multi Devices
I have three devices (1 work PC. 1 Personal PC and 1 iPhone). Now I have configured the mail in all devices (Work PC as POP; Personal PC as IMAP; IPhone as IMAP) My principal device is my work PC unless y generally watch my mails in the other two devices. I would like to know which is the right configuration I need to set up in the devices in all mails can arrive to my work PC (like not read unless I read it in that device) and also arrive to the others accessories devices. I dont seem to be getting any mail in my mail magnet tab. I have sent emails to my inbox with both leads and account emails as the sender and it is still not visible in the mail magnet tab. any idea whats going on?
Not able to send email suddenly but able to receive
Hi, I was using IMail on Mac and suddenly it wouldn't send out emails.Receiving is fine. I tried restart and everything. When I log on to server from brewer, I am able to send and receive. better webmail functionality?
Please consider adding the ability to sort a folder (such as the inbox) by sender. The right-click functionality of "list mails from Sender" is nice, but being able to see all folder messages sorted by sender would be even better. This would greatly speed up the process of cleaning up a mail folder. Thanks! Art

Not able to recieve emails in my Zoho mail
I successfully set up my email account with Zoho (essveconsulting.com), but I am not able to recieve any mails. I am able to send the mails though. Please help me in solving the issue.
Please add the ability to paste in images into the body of Zoho Mail
So far it seems that Zoho is the only email provider that does not allow this. Please consider making this possible as it would greatly improve efficiency. Incoming and outgoing emails fail
Hi incoming and outgoing emails on peter@border-contracts.co.uk and prsimmo@gmail.com stopped around 9.30 am GMT today. A third email account daphnediggins@gmail.com appears to be working ok. When sending, on the first attempt I get "Unable to connectSMTP server :smtp.border-contracts.co.uk On the second attempt I the email goes to "Templates" I can get at my emails via Gandi Roundcube Webmail, but of course they look very basic when sending, not suitable for business. Passwords are changed when email forward feature is selected
This recently happened to me and to at least two other users. Selected email forward option, with copies NOT remaining at Zoho. Next time I tried to web login to the same account, the password for the account was no longer valid. The other users I spoke with had to reset the password from the SuperAdmin account. Unfortunately for me, the account I forwarded was the SuperAdmin account. Though I am able to receive emails that are forwarded as directed, the zoho password reset feature WILL NOT SEND

I have just started trying to use Zoho and am clueless as to what I am doing... I had hired someone to create a web site for me and, as part of that, he was supposed to set up Zoho for my email (this is a small business). I wanted it to be a POP3 account, but he set it up as IMAP because HE thought it should be that way. When I asked him to change it to POP3, he quit!
