Flag mail doesn't work on iphone Exchange mail
I have a custom email on zoho mail and added my email on my iphone using Exchange mail option. Everything works except flagging emails. When I flag an email on my iphone mail, it doesn't sync to zoho. I removed my mail and added with IMAP configuration, and flagging works as expected. Is there any solution to this, or is it a known bug and in the roadmap? thanks

imap impossible to enable ; free personal email account
hello, i've juste created a free personal email account on zoho when i go to settings, i enable imap, it says "your changed updated successfully". then i go back to mail view, then i go back to settings and the imap is disabled. so i don't manage to keep it enabled, and my thunderbird doesn't manage to connect. any way out ? or is it a limiation of the free personal mail accoun ? no imap ? thank you in advance best regards E.Rémond
how to confirm status
New user, I confirmed email address in other mail account, log into zoho but cant send a mail. I get: "Your status in Zoho is still unconfirmed. Please confirm your user status using this link https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#profile/email and try again." Open that link but there is nothing to confirm ? Whats going on how do I confirm my email address?

Hi All, I've set up my mail box to use ZOHO as (web) mail server months ago and it has been working fine till weeks ago. I've received mail messages from several different instances but suddenly mails arn't delivered to me and the external sender receives a none delivery message. Mail settings hasn't been changed and there are no block lists used too. Also a complaint from my partner is that when she replies to mail they won't reach the receipients (external). Wow, I am unsure whether what I think just happened really did. Did you guys blocked the email service for an account while this one didn't accept the change to the terms of use?? I was on holiday for a week and some people have tried to send mail to me, I see nothing in the inbox. Is that for real? Email stopped working 4 days into the 15 day trial.
Here is the quick story: I opened a 15 day trial of Zoho CRM with the mail add on. In Zoho's Mail settings I set up POP to send messages to Zoho Mail from my Gmail Account and selected "Enable for Messages that arrive from "04/02/2015" Onwards" Zoho ignored the "Enable for Messages that arrive from "04/02/2015" Onwards" and started downloading ALL my mail from the day I opened the Gmail account back in 2009. Hey I can send emails out but can't receive them.

IMAP: webmail not showing messages sent or rec'vd on iPad (zoho email!)
I see all sent and received messages on the iPad, when the IMAP interface is working, that is, but they do show up eventually. If I send and/or received messages there, then go back to the laptop where I use the web interface, none of those messages show up. Please help. Also, my last New Topic vanished somehow. Zoho Server Timed Out
Hi Zoho, We've been having this problem over the last several weeks, and it's hindering people from getting important emails from me. We're using Mac Mail on Yosemite. Adding email to contacts
Is there not a simple way to add email address to your contacts? I get emails from people I'd like to add their email simply (without a lot of copy/paste, back/forth) but I see no way to do that. I do see a "add to CRM" but we/I don't need such a full functioning CRM right now, all I need is my contact list, but I see no simple way to add to it from your mail list.

IMAP invalid credentials
Hi! I enabled IMAP in two mail accounts, but get an "invalid credentials" error with all variations of username (name@external domain, zoho name) and correct password in different IMAP clients (e.g. Thunderbird). Mail: Contacts: Category: Removing.
It appears that when editing a contact, there is no way to manage categories. Most difficult and annoying is not being able to delete a contact from a category at the contact level; that is, if I have a contact in 5 different categories, I need to select a category, find the contact, then delete them from the category -- 5 separate times! At the contact level, there should be a way to select/deselect the category that the contact is a member of... Please describe solution if I am missing something.

Several times today when I have tried to send an e-mail it tells me that there is an "error while processing." We also aren't emails, i checked our Google account where it pulls them from and we have email received but there is nothing in zoho. we use googles SMTP and POP, i have changed this to outlook as a test and also got the same error. Can't send emails at all
I can't send any emails from my webmail or using SMTP.
