Problems receiving some emails
Hi, I'm not receiving some emails in my general account, but only from some emails and I can't understand what is going on. I've tested send several emails to general and I received them but from Pinterest and Dribble, for example, I can't receive nothing. This occurs only in my general account, can someone help me? Hi, I am trying to switch my emails over to you, my primary email has been found and all the other emails with that same domin name keep coming up with "user not found". Contacts Randomly Disappear
In Zoho Mail - in the Contacts area ( Not using CRM ) - randomly - when using the search function - the search will not show the client being searched for - but the record is in the data base and can be found by scrolling through the records manually. Please advise. Thank you. :-)

I am using the email system on my mac, and my basic Zoho account works well now. Using all the exact information that Zoho settings gives me, I still have no email working. It keeps asking me to verify the username and password. Exact same details are in Zoho and they work fine. Anyone have a solution?

Hello, I set up an account with a new domain and after two days, instead my mailbox name appears 1428348410069_50354495@zoho.com account. How can I request a read receipt for each recipient in a Mass mailing?
I have "request" read receipt selected as my default setting for all emails sent through ZOHO. However, I sent a Mass e-mail using a template yesterday to some of my leads for the first time and they didn't show up in my sent mail folder. Also, these e-mails went out without a read receipt attached. Is there a read receipt option for a mass e-mail? And, is there a setting to use so these e-mails show up in my sent mail folder?
how to organise email contacts?
I've acquired lots of unwanted email addresses in my contacts, how do I go about deleting them? I've tried going through the contact list and ticking those I want to delete, then clicking on the delete button but what seems to happen is that I create a new contact list instead. Do I have to go to each card and delete them individually? And how do I move contacts from one list to another? can not send email via SMTP from website
Hi, we are having issue of sending email from the website to clients. We are using ZohoMail to as a our company's email service solution. Outlook and Zoho Sent file not syncing
I am running office 365 and have it linked through Zoho CRM. Everything seems to work but if I send emails out of outlook they don't end up in Zoho and vice versa if I send out of Zoho that is the only record and its not in outlook. Tech support stated it may be my ISP or outlook provider and we did some in depth tracking of emails and it appears its just because of the POP format. IMAP doesn't support the emails within CRM which is why we switched to Zoho in the first place. Any way to get

Reply to email being sent to spam
We've started using Zoho recently, and some users have been reporting that sometimes when they email someone, and that person replies the reply is going into the spam folder. This is a real problem, as people keep missing important responses. This seems to be a bug - can it be investigated and fixed please?
Consolidated email view
There was a question on the forum that was answered 3 years ago. The question was whether it's possible to view all emails in one consolidated view. The answer was no (except setting a forward), but that was 3 years ago. I have 2 email addresses, and I'd like to view them in one mailbox, since switching between is a pain. Is this possible now? Changing email address for recipients
Hi We wanted to clarify whether an email address is for the player or their parent, so created two new fields identifying both in our lists. Now I can't send any emails to anyone and suspect that since there's no longer information in the original Email field, nothing is going to anyone. Imap ed account not matching with zoho

IMAP settings will not persist
I am trying to enable IMAP access on my email account. I have gone to Settings -> Mail -> Email Forwarding and POP/IMAP, and under IMAP Access I have clicked Enable. However the setting will not persist. As far as I can tell the setting is not being saved. When I leave the page and return, it is marked Disable again. How do I save the Enable setting once and for all? Thanks.

Hi, I am interested in your mail solution, but I am confused about email restrictions for outgoing mail. In your pricing info on your website, you stated that limits for Outgoing Emails /Day are 1000 for free plan, 2000 for standard 10 GB plan and 300 for the rest. Is that calculated on per user basis?
