Can't receive emails to aliases.
I set up 2 email aliases under my default email address I set up using my domain name. I can send emails out using the different aliases, by choosing the drop down menu in the 'From' section of the Compose email, but when I try to reply to the aliases as a test, I do not see where I receive the replies. Can you please help me figure out how to receive emails sent to the other aliases? Thanks, Krista

WHY IS USER EMAIL CREATED IS IN PENDING STATUS
I have add user for email with address sales@mypetshop.com.my and it failed and now sit in Invitation LIst as pending Why? This is the 10th User that I have added. I understand that beyond 10 users, it is chargeable, so, I can proceed to add users beyond 10 and accepts that I will receive a charge from zoho

Hello, since a few days ago, emails stopped showing up in my Zoho inbox, just for one of my accounts. When I send a test email from gmail, it directly gets redirected to the redirect email I have set, but it doesn't show up in the zoho inbox. Any fix? thank you

There seems to be a lot of spam
I seem to be getting a lot of spam, virus generated russian dating spam, the sort that my previous mail host rejected during the inbound SMTP transaction. Is there any way of getting rid of this spam altogether instead of accepting them into the spam folder?

Email ID already exists
Hi, I have the same question as a lot of other posts. I just registered with my own domain and achieved the verification. Now, I can't use my preferred email address mail@mydomain it will let me use other things@ but I want mail@. The error I get is Email ID already exists, but it definitely doesn't. Hi there, I am able to send emails out from my newly formed business email address but when I use my personal email address to send emails to the business one (was trying to see if it worked), it bounces back and says delivery failed. How do I fix this?!

Hi -- I would like to add an alias to my mail account (I am trying to add pub@tombu.com), but it will not let me because it says "The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization." How can someone else register a tombu.com email address?

I started using zohomail since yesterday. But the problem is that i can send mail without a problem. But when i send one to my zohomail account i can't see them in my zoho-box. I do get a notification on my gmail account though. I have checked my MX values through a 3rd party website and they show up good. Issue with: Add a Domain I'm trying to set up free email using Custom Domains. I set up the wrong email address for the Super Admin on my first attempt to configure this service. I figured the easiest thing to do, was to delete everything and start over. Except now I get the error: Domain already exists. How do I get the domain deleted, so I can start over from scratch? Yet another "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender"
Hi, Mails like these (see below) sometimes pops up in my wife's inbox (and she of course didn't send it). Is this someone that has used your mail server in her name or is this a case of someone "liftiing" her mail address ? None of the recipients are in her address book and her PC was in "Sleep" when this happened. The past few days mails like these run into her inbox 10-14 times a day. Importing Emails From Gmail
I am transferring my email service from Google Gmail to Zoho mail. I would like to export ALL my mail from Google to Zoho but i was wondering how to do it. I tried downloading the emails, but they come back as a .mbox file with is not compatible with Zoho Mail. Please tell how export emails from Gmail to Zoho Mail. Is there any way other than POP because I find it kinda confusing.... Thanks!
IMAP sync issue with Sent folder
I'm using Thunderbird 12.0.1 and IMAP folder syncing has always worked well, until recently when the Sent box would sporadically sync-- sometimes immediately, other times it would take hours to half a day. Even when I right-click the folder to force "Download Now", it does not work. or would need Folder repairs doesn't always work. The other folders work fine (Inbox, Inbox subfolders, Trash, etc) only the Sent folder is affected. However, on my iPhone, it syncs immediately, so it's a Thunderbird-Zoho
Domain setup change
Hi, I was looking at the different prices that are available for zoho and I wanted to do an upgrade. For some reason I had to enter a domain name and because I didn't realize I was going to be bound to that domain I just entered something. Mind you, I just wanted an upgrade so I can do Google Calendar sync. However, now I constantly see that name (gotinc) when I'm in my inbox (in the browser). Domain alias group emails not being delivered
Hi there, I've migrated from Google Apps today and am having a problem receiving some emails. The main domain is bxclinic.co.uk I have set up a domain alias norfolkbiomechanicsclinic.co.uk I have a group reception@bxclinic.co.uk which has two members. Email to this group works perfectly. No emails sent to the domain alias reception@norfolkbiomechanicsclinic.co.uk arrive though So I am deducing that email alias domains don't route emails to groups. Is this correct, and how do I correct the situation?

3rd IMAP lock out
Hello I have experience a third IMAP lock out. I even unblocked it and then within the next hour it was blocked again. Can you shed some light on what is causing these lockouts even though it says unknown reason on the unlock screen.
