Trouble Switching Domains
About a year ago I used Zoho mail briefly for a company I was looking to start up as a side venture to a company I already have. We are in the process of rebranding and growing my main company now and we're going to use Zoho. I tried to clear out all references to the prior domain, which is unaffiliated with my main company, and load in the new brand while setting up my email. Zoho Email Stability and Support ?
Appreciate any feedback.. We recently migrated over to zoho for CRM and email about 2 weeks ago. We recognized during the first week that we were experiencing issues of not being able to read emails between our only 2 users. Basically we have been unable to email customers because of this for a week. Using exchange most of my career and Google for some time, email always just works :) Bottom line is i am paying for email. I cannot email. This is a major issue. I don't care how many users i have.
Duplicate Sent messages using Windows Mail
I use Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8.1 on various devices, and when sending messages through Zoho Mail accounts, I get two copies of the sent messages in the Sent folder. I understand this is because Zoho automatically saves all outgoing messages sent via SMTP, and the mail client is also saving its own copy. However there isn't an option to change this on Windows Mail or Windows Phone. So is there a way of turning off this behaviour on the server end?
Icons at login
When I log into zoho, I see a Mail icon and Sites icon. I don't use Sites -- is there a way to remove this icon from showing every time I log in? Thanks

CNAME changed 24 hours ago but still no change
I updated my CNAME records in Cpanel yesterday but I'm still not getting a login page. Does anyone know if this is normal? I contacted my cpanel host and they said there is no issue at their end so I'm not sure what to do from here. Thanks :)

SMTP problems?
Hello, do you have some smtp problems? A few messages we wanted to send during last few hours were not able to connect to smtp (tried from several clients and from Linux server) all using SSL protocol. After a while it was ok again. Do you have some long timeouts?

Hello there, We are a startup and we have signed up for Zoho Email. Currently, we are a small team, so we are on the lite plan but will upgrade after few months once we expand. Multiple email accounts on one domain
Hi I have a domain email address X@DOMAIN.com I've migrated MX records to zoho and the imap service is excellent. To add Y@DOMAIN.com can I simply add user in zoho account or do I need to add user via my domain host. I'm slightly confused because when I add a user it asks me for an email address.. although creating the email address is the aim not the requirement. Thanks for and specific advice.. Are Email-Ids Case sensitive?
Looks like email-ids are sensitive. I have a business email with Zoho. I tested it multiple times and emails to id with name accurately matching, works but for ex: if i change first alphabet in the email to upper case, the emails will bounce with eror: "Domain not resolved". This not the case in other email providers. kindly assist as we might miss emails from customers / client.

Weird Email Behavior - Missing Email text
Sending and receiving emails between internal users and external users. sometimes the text can be seen, and most other times it is suppressed and cannot be seen. Email not accessed via IMAP
We use Google Apps. Very happy with it. We want to access and work with our email through Zoho Recruit but it only supports POP3. How to send emails from a secondary user
