A security problem with your iPhone App
Hello, I'm using your mail App and i tried to add my Gmail account. I signed out of my account and tried to login using the Gmail option in your App. I typed my Gmail username and password but the login attempt didn't succeed. When i pressed the "back" bottom i logged automatically to someone else account !! This happened more then once. Attache a screenshot of that account. Needless to say that my mail is completely different...

Problems With IMAP and Windows Live Mail
Hello, When connecting my mail account to Windows Live Mail using the settings on Zoho's website I am unable to send messages. Received messages come in fine but if I try to send mail the tasks window just sits on "Send 2 message(s) using [ACCOUNT NAME] | Executing" I am struggling to find a solution as no error is thrown and any help would be greatly appreciated. Domain verification problems
Dear support, I have problems verifying my domain with Zoho mail. iPhone message not downloading using zoho exchange server
Upon receiving a notification for a new mail message since this morning my iPhone shows the message "This message has not been downloaded from the server" although Outlook using IMAP and on Zoho webmail everything is fine. Tried restoring the iPhone from a couple of days ago and still get the same result so it seems to me there must be a problem with the zoho exchange server?? Just checked another of my devices and the problem is replicating on that as well.

Why the email sent by zohomail is marked as "[BULK]" email?
Does anyone knows why the mail sent by zohomail is being marked as bulk? When I send email from my domain to another companies email, the email I send gets marked as bulk and "[BULK]" is added to the subject.
oho mail on iPhone/iPad won't connect
For the life of me, I can't get my zoho email accounts to work on my iPhone 6 and iPad. I have tried all the appropriate settings, ssl, ports, etc. with correct username and password with no luck. It keeps saying that the user name and or password is incorrect. I did not go through the 2 step authentication with Zoho so that should not be the issue. Any suggestions? Thanks, Josh

Not receiving or sending emails.
I recently closed my account by mistake and had it reopened. I am not receiving any emails now, and when I try and send one I get this error message; Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:535 Authentication Failed Please help as I need to receive an email from my Outlook account in order to recover it after forgetting the password.
Receiving copies of mail passed out through zoho smtp (only since a few days)
Since a few days any mail that I send out through smtp.zoho.com is also copied to the Sent folder in my account. It is then funnelled back to me when I poll my imap folder (I use it like a pop server, deleting what I fetch). This did not happen before, and I wonder if some switch in the settings that was accidently flipped. My MUAs already save copies of what I send, so I don't need this feature.

Mail Moved Using IMAP on iOS and OS X Remains in Webmail Inbox
Hi, My mailboxes are syncing accross IMAP perfectly, but when I use the webmail interface at mail.zoho.com all emails, including those that have been moved to another folder, are visible in the Inbox. (The message is also visible in the folder it was moved to). Is this a known issue? Thanks, Will.

Android "Error while authenticating (User not active)

Transactional Email Sending Limits
We are using zoho mail address (info@ourcompanyname.com | emails hosted on zoho ) to send out transactional emails from our website. The complicated thing is we have integrated mandrill to send out the emails, so while sending we do not use zoho servers instead mandrill send the emails for us. However, we do access received emails from zoho panel. Since the email address is hosted by zoho. This is just to clarify, will zoho email sending limits apply in this case too? (like no of emails / day)

The Check box next to "Trust this browser" should not be checked off by default
Hello, I use two factor authentication. On the page titled "Sign-in Code Verification" there is a small check box near the words "Trust this browser" that is by default checked off. Sometimes, I forget to uncheck it and as a result have to delete all my cookies. How about having it unchecked by default and users who want their browser to be trusted will check it off once and that will be it. This way users who don't want their browser to be trusted don't have to keep unchecking it.

Problem with new mail and CRM connection
Hi Support, I have a major problem. Let me shortly explain: I have CRM Plus. Then I subscribed also to the Zoho Mail 10GB plan. CRM and Mail was used with a zoho mail address (username@zoho.com). Now I have created my external e-mail Address with Zoho, according to the guidelines "Business Email Hosting with Zoho". I have connected my domain, set up the e-mail address, user etc. NOW... I have the login with this new (my old) email address (info@mycompany.com), but CRM with the zoho mail (username@zoho.com).
Problem with contact forms on my site...
So, I've been having an issue with my contact forms that I can't figure out. Thought I'd see if anyone had an answer. - My contact forms ONLY work if I use my gmail address as the address of the person filling out the form. For all other addresses, the form doesn't go through. (That is the email I originally used to sign up with Zoho. Not sure what that means) - To try and fix this, I've installed the WordPress plugin 'Configure SMTP.' I've attached a screen shot of the settings I'm using.

Preferable pop3 account or zoho mail?
Hi support, first I had the username@zoho.com as my default e-mail address with Zoho Mail. Then I created the pop3 account with my business e-mail to fetch all mails. Then I found out that I cannot forward any mails (or create forward filters) with pop3 accounts. So I reversed all and got back to the zoho mail. However, WHAT is the preferred method in Zoho Mail? Should I have my own pop3 account? I know that in Zoho Support pop3 is deprecated and forwarding method is the preferred one. So, in Zoho

I cannot forward mail in the filter of my pop3 account
Hi, I had set up filters to forward specific mails to another e-mail address with my username@zoho.com account. All was fine. Then I created another mail account, my own business mail from my server and added it as pop3 account. I wanted to create the same filters, but there is NO option to forward the mails. How come?? Mail Filter Do Not Deliver to Spam Folder
Seems like spam check gets invoked before the mail filters and overwrites it. Is there a way to set up a mail filter to skip sending certain email in to the spam folder. Seems like even if I tell the filter to deliver certain mail to Inbox, it does not if it's flagged as spam.
