Setting Zoho Mail as Default Composer in Safari
I am looking to set ZOHO Mail as the default mail composer, rather than Entourage for Mac, when I click on a mailto link. I am currently using Safari v7.1.2 as my browser. Any help would be most welcome! Cheers, Barry
Types Of Email Account Requirements
Hello I'm new to this platform. Can any one help please. We need to 1) To be able to add many domains 2) To be able to create many email addresses per domain 3) And able to access each inbox from same central account as opposed to having to log out and log in to the individual email accounts. Does zoho platform provide such? Which is the paid plans would have above feature? Each I want to upgrade,I get pretty easily confused as to what package would fit into above requirements. Here is something I find I am missing when I create a letter. When I Bullet Point a section, it can only be numbers. Is there a way to have numbers... and when it is indented, or a child paragraph, it contains a letter? So now I can only get it to do this: Parent Child..... Attempting to setup first pop3 account to access my live.com mail inside Zoho mail. I've spent hours trying to figure it out and have not found any solution. The error appears to indicate that I need to login to my live.com email so I 've done that several times even from different browsers and waiting between long periods in case Live.com flagged\blocked the request after successive attempts. Can't sign into email
Hi my email address is searry@zoho.com. I had to re-install google chrome. I then tried to log into my mail but have forgotten my email. I tried to do reset password and it sent the link to my Lycos email, but I have forgotten the password for that as well. I have my phone linked to my zoho account, would it be possible to send the password to my phone?

I have 9 user accounts yet the last account I created is the only one giving me problem. I cannot receive emails from hosts other than zoho. When I between by zoho accounts it works fine. I have attempted to add email user b.vimal@shenbagahotel.com as a regular mail user with b.arun @shenbagahotel.com and get an error saying the user already exists, but it does not show on the list. Hello, I am trying to migrate my eMail Accounts from Google Aps to zohomail. The domain is registered with GoDaddy.com. In doing so, I am facing the following challenges: 1. Godaddy requests an IP Address instead of zmverify.zoho.com. I googled around to get the IP Address, but the same doesn't seem to be working. 2. I am now unable to access my account using my eMail ayahoo2012@gmail.com and am suggested that the account is not active. Can you please check both these issues and revert?

BUG "Mailbox Locked"
The past two days I have had off-and-on delays of up to 2 hours in receiving emails, I checked my webmail directly from my hosting provider and there are no issues on that end. Now I am also receiving a "Mailbox Locked" Error as well as "EOF on Socket" when I try to check my messages. This is frustrating as Zoho mail has become my main mail client.

Hello, I just want to confirm that there is no Autodiscover to automatically configure the email client. This is a pretty basic feature for any business email provider and not very hard to implement. How to set up GMail with Google Apps for Work so email can only be sent from Zoho?

If they do have to register, can they import only the group member created email account to their current POP or IMAP email client ? Invalid TLS Version when setting up to use SMTP
I'm setting up a hosted service to use my zoho smtp and the only give me the option to use TLS or nothing at all (no SSL). When I choose TLS it returns the message: Transport Layer Security Error #40 (TLS): Invalid TLS version (0x3230). Any idea how I track this down on who's side it's on and how I speak intelligently about it? The hosted service didn't help much and said they'd submit a "development ticket" but had no other information to provide. Any other suggestions, thoughts, information?

Hi, I have created secondary mail accounts, but I am a bit disappointed. The retrieved emails are not going into my main account, but in a secondary account. I'd prefer move them directly to my main account, please. Can I merge the emails from the secondary accounts into the first one? Requests to Zoho SMTP timing out
Hi, I'm trying to use Zoho SMTP but all my requests are timing out. I'm using the Cloud9 environment with Node.js. My parameters seem to be correct (smtp.zoho.com:465) and I can successfully use Gmail smtp using the same port so it's not blocked, but for some reason Zoho always times out. I cannot even SSL to the server from the command line -- when I try this: openssl s_client -connect smtp.zoho.com:465 I also get a timeout. Any idea what the issue is? Thanks, Nate
Delay receiving emails
Hello There appears to be either a long delay receiving emails in Zoho Mail, after they have been sent, or they are not showing up at all. Sending mail works as normal. This is only happening in this one free account. My paid accounts seem to be fine. Also I have a forwarding rule set up for all mail, however, incoming mail is now no longer being forwarded.
