Unable to sign up for a new account
I've been trying to sign up for a free email account. However, everytime I try it, an error message comes saying "We are unable to process your request now. Please try again after sometime or contact support@zohoaccounts.com". Kindly look into it.

Imap inbox suddenly empty for all mail clients ie ios, mac mail, outlook...
Hi, All the different mail clients we use all now show one of our imap zoho accounts inbox has having no emails. If I log directly in to zoho there are 477 emails there in the inbox. This is occurring on different PC and devices mail clients. The sent and other folders for the account are showing the correct emails in all client, only the inbox is empty, Our other zoho imap accounts are displaying correctly for all folders. Why is the one accounts inbox no longer syncing for all mail clients? Thanks

I have two email addresses. One begins with "info@" and the other with my name @. The email with "info@" works well. The other, with my name @ doesn't work at all. Please advise. I've sent an email to support but have not heard back.

Hi, I was reading at the policy in the control panel section... Is that per email account or per zoho user? how that works? let's say I have 2 email accounts in my Zoho account, then those limits are per email account or for the whole Zoho account? Thanks!

HELP!!!! I was scrolling back through a bunch of emails to find one in particular, and then all of a sudden this sign came up and I can't do anything! I need to email within 30 minutes - I didn't try to open a bunch of stuff...just scrolling through. I need access ASAP.
Andriod Sync Uses Default Email App for Push Notifications
I have set my android phone to sync with my zoho email account using IMAP. I can get it to work but for the push notifications it uses the default android email app instead of the zoho app. If I disable the default email app, then it does not allow me to create a new IMAP account. I had this working previously but had to reset my phone.

Using the webmail interface. I got a piece of spam with an attached ZIP file and like an idiot who isn't paying attention, I clicked “View Attachment.” Is this bad? What should happen when a user clicks “View Attachment” and the attachment is a ZIP? Does Zoho unzip the file? Nothing seemed to happen after I clicked “View Attachment” and I soon as I realized what I had done, I quit the browser in a fit of panic. I didn’t download the ZIP to my local drive or anything like that. thanks

Hello, Currently, I'm using a free @zoho.com email address and have also purchased a domain from a domain registrar. If I enable email hosting in Zoho for the new domain, will I still be able to send and receive email messages from my @zoho.com email address, or only from the new hosted address? Thanks in advance.
Whitelisted email going to spam
Has anyone had issues with whitelisted email going to spam? It's almost as if the Settings --> Anti-Spam --> Whitelist Domain / Whitelist Email are completely ineffective.

Website moved to new hosting provider, zoho mail not working
Dear all, I had my website moved to a new hosting provider and my domain name is registered else where. I changed the Nameserver address in the domain name registrar to point to new hosting provider's address. MX record stays same. I had copied the zohoverify folder to new hosting space along with website. Am I missing something? Cheers Kesava

Incoming mail not working
Incoming mail was working few days ago.. MX records are pointed to zoho as instructed. Mail stopped working since yesterday. Only thing i changed was add CNAME record for zoho sites.

Since I had to quit using Outlook Express (because it's unavailable for Win7) I've been having trouble with BCC: mailings in other program; so thought I'd try Zohomail. Regular client email going to spam
Although I have regular email communication with a particular client, every time someone new from that organisation emails me it goes to SPAM. I have to trawl through SPAM regularly to retrieve mail from domains I have already clicked as not SPAM. How can I stop this?

Cannot clear space in my imap account

Domain not auto-renewed? Cannot receive e-mails
Hi, It seems my domain (aseanwt.com) has not been auto-renewed and expired on the 28th of August 2014. I did not notice this until now (activity on the account fluctuates quite a bit). This is a critical issue for me as this is a business account. Hi, I'M trying Zoho mail and is lovely ! Tested and sent emails not goes into user spam. I have a VPS managed by a WebPanel but maybe they not configure well the email and they goes into SPAM. I don't know if i can ask here, as i see you are lovely and professional on delivery of the email, if the server IP is not blocklisted i know for the email is important set correctly SPF, DIKIM .. but for example i have see in my VPS email i have setup SPF and is passed into header so works but gmail deliver
One user doesn't receive emails
Hello A couple of users are having problems with incoming emails. The emails are either delayed for a long period of time or are never received at all. I have checked the MX records and they seem to be pointed to Zoho already. I need this solved ASAP!
