Thunderbird config hints
I have successfully sent and received e-mails using the Web Mail interface. But I want to use Thunderbird as an e-mail client. I tried to configure everything but there´s something wrong - I receive the message indicating User name or Password are invalid. Any Hint to correct this? Ulisses Bruder Jr Maringá - Brazil
Getting intermittent "Invalid Credentials (Failure)" message from IMAP server
I've been receiving intermittent IMAP login credential failures using Outlook 2007 and Mail on the IPhone. Doing a refresh and/or terminating the client and restarting allows things to work for awhile but then the login failure appears again. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Started at around 12:30PM NY time.
Delayed email arrivals & IMAP Invalid credentials errors
Hi there I see a few others have also mentioned this issue. We're having big problems with inbound email delivery taking up to 24 hours and this morning we're now receiving issues with an error - Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Invalid credentials(Failure) Nothing has changed our end, all the accounts that have been working fine until yesterday. My website hosting company does not allow me to delete their mail MX records. I was wondering if I can change my domain from @everythingappropriate.com to @zoho.com. I want to keep my login details the same. How do I do so?

Hello, I need some assistance as I am unable to send emails from my home office. It works on my phone or tablet but just not on my laptop, it simply freezes in a state of "sending email" without actually going any further. I can receive emails ok. On top of that my multi toolbar extension for use while writing emails does not work at all not even here while writing. Any advice or assistance will be greatly appreciated. How do you control paragraph formatting?
Every time I paste text into an e-mail I'm composing, the program automatically changes the paragraph format from 1 space to 2 spaces between paragraphs, and there seems to be no way to change it back. How do I reset the paragraph format after pasting text into an e-mail?
Can't Recieve Any E-mails
Hi there Since I've setup my account with Zoho I have been unable to receive any e-mails. I've checked the control panel and it states: The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho. I have checked this in the Word Press domains section and from what I can tell I've done everything correct. Mail forward to gmail
Hi support team, A several days ago I have set up a e-mail forward to my gmail account. Some e-mails are forwarded and some e-mails are not forwarding to My Gmail even when I select "Delete Zoho Mail's copy" it still receives e-mail in Zoho. Things I did to solve the problem: - Created a rule to forward e-mail from that specific sender address I just deleted the MX records of Zoho because this is business critical. Why am I not getting all emails?
Hi, I recently migrated my domain from google to zoho. My customers keep complaining that they had already send us an email, but we cant see it in our inbox, neither in our Spam folder. Zoho Mail downloading via POP
My Zoho POP/IMAP Settings panel shows the following option: " Enable for Messages that arrive from "02/06/2013" Onwards" I would like to use that option, to avoid downloading a vast number of messages from the past. However, I only want to download from September 2014 instead of June 2013 as the text in the option displays. Email From Google Not All Syncing into ZOHO
Two Part Question please. Our company began using ZOHO a few months ago. Since that time, only past emails iised our google apps company email are recording. Some are 6 months behind. What we need to do is run a report on an account where all email streams are important. Therefore not only do I need to figure out why emails are not all showing but also need to find out once they are recorded, how to have all of them show in a Report. Thanks!

I slightly glanced over a video you have that showed that we as consumers are able to see when a recipient of an email opens it but I can't seem to find that video on your tutorials. Is that possible and if so, how can I set that up? I have sent a test email to another email of mine on my basic account but do I can't see any indicator of whether it was open or not. Zoho IMAP Issues
We use Outlook 2010 and we are constantly getting a message to say that the connection to imap.zoho.com has been disconnected, or our outlook freezes.
