Mail not received

After renewing SSL certificate : Invalid Security Certificate for the server. Try changing the incoming port to 110, without SSL and check again.
Our web host provider renewed SSL certificate and now Zoho webmail gives the error "Invalid Security Certificate for the server. Try changing the incoming port to 110, without SSL and check again." This is a pretty standard procedure I am told, do I need to reset something in the mail client?
Emails Won't Send: Sun Security Certificate Error
When I hit send I'm getting this error in ZOHO mail all of a sudden: Reason:sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

I've tried making the change to port 110, but still not coming through. When seeing this discussed in the forums, it looks like there is something you can do on your end to help. Thanks.
Extremely slow IMAP Syncronization
I'm reporting extremely slow IMAP synchronization which started around 11:00am NY time and has persisted. Using Outlook 2007. Thankfully, no disconnects or login failures, which seems to happen frequently these days.

Zoho starts the wrong email...
Hi everyone - when I from inside Zoho want to send an email to a client, my Mac starts the Mac email and does not send from Zoho, hence no registration of the email. How do I manage to change this? Must be possible but I haven't figured out how yet... Peter
Zoho mail sent from iPhone 5 sitting in outbox
Everytime I try to send an email from the Zoho account on my phone, it says "Unable to Send Email" and that it was rejected by server. I am receiving emails fine though, on my phone. And I was able to send the email from the web client. What can I do to fix this?

intermittent failure of smtp from c# code
I am sending emails to users to confirm their email account upon registration using smtp.zoho.com. these emails are intermittently failing with the following error: System.Net.WebException: The remote name could not be resolved: 'smtp.zoho.com' any ideas what could be the cause? Email Sending issue
I have a mycurrentdomain.com with email accounts that is configured on zoho and a mycurrentdomain.in domain that I recently got with email accounts that is configured in CPanel. Hi, I have be reading many posts of last year that shows that ZohoCRM/mails are being marked as SPAM in hotmail. It seems nothing has changed. I tested 10 times from current/new accounts. I also added "v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all" to my TXT records on register.com. Also this did not help. It seems like ZOHO CRM/mail is not usefull and I am about to cancel the service forever. Not being able to send e-mail to HOTMAIL is not acceptable. @Support, please support ....
Outlook
Hello Ive recently installed office 365 with outlook after resetting my laptop. Before it all worked wonderfully well. Now Outlook will only download 60 very old emails from the server and all my new ones have to be accessed through the web browser. Is there something Ive not done correctly? Hello, I have some questions to ask: 1. I am using one site which is blacklisted 2. So mails from this site are going in the spam folder of user email accounts like gmail 3. Can I send mail through zoho account to user email account? i.e. If user will register to my site then user registration mail will go in my zoho account from my server and then zoho will forward that registration mail to that particular users gmail account 4. Daily limit exceeded
Hello, my account was no longer able to send emails, and after I logged in ZOHO, I noticed a message that said something like "your account has been blocked for exceeding the daily limit". However i unlocked it by filling a simple CAPTCHA. I read somewhere that the limit of sent messages per day is 250 for a free account, but I have not come even close to that amount. Could I have a more detailed explanation? Thanks.
Cloudmagic EAS Zoho custom domain constant error.
I constantly get "The server has encountered and error. Please try again later" on refresh. The emails are actually synced when synced manually but you will always get this error. Where is the cause of this error? Is this something CloudMagic need to fix or is caused by the Zoho implementation of EAS? using host: msync.zoho.com

Where is my account storage being used?
My account was recently blocked due to me being over my storage quota. I removed several sent items and messages in the trash and got my quota back below 100%, thus unblocking my account. The interesting thing is that even though my account is unlocked after deleting many of these messages it still reports that I am using 95% of my quota. I did leave a few messages in the inbox and in the sent items but it is reporting that each of those are only using 1%. Where is the other 93% being used and how
Administering multiple domains
I own two domains on different topics, and administer a third domain which my son owns. 1. Can I set up separate accounts for each of my domains, or do they both HAVE TO BE be setup under one account? 2. I have 80 and over 120 devices currently using a combination of Android phones ipads/iphones and outlook on pc's They are all pointed to mail.mycompany.com. I would like to change the DNS settings for my company and point them to Zoho? What ip address or is there a direct url that I can use?

Can't add on new users in my Control Panel

Acocunt deleted but email still existing
Hi. I just deleted some of my email accounts on Zoho. Since then I try to reuse the same email addresses on my hosting but I keep receiving a message saying that these accounts already exist. But they are deleted on Zoho. Can anyone explain me the situation? THank you.

Hi, Emails are not being delivered to our zoho domain mailboxes for shellharboursurfclub.com We changed domain hosters yesterday and the mx records were entered exactly as they were for the previous host but emails are not arriving. @ 1h MX 10 mx.zohomail.com. @ 1h MX 20 mx2.zohomail.com. It's been 24 hours sine the move. (Domain Website is working fine thru the new domain hosts).
