Can't send anymore emails via smtp worked before fine, haven't touched anything...
Hi, since some days suddenly I can't send out anymore emails. Before it worked fine! Haven't touched anything! Now I deleted the account, created the pop account anew but no smtp connection.... pop.zoho.com smtp.zoho.com via port 465 and ssl Is there a problem between Apple and Zoho?? because I have suddenly problems on my Iphone as well. Hi, I have also sent this message to the Zoho mail support address. I'm posting on the forum in case anyone else has the same problem. After sending an email I get the messages 'You have unsent message(s) in Outbox' and 'Unable to send message(s) in Outbox'. The mail remains stuck in the outbox. Cannot receive any emails
I haven't received any emails in over 24 hours. I can send, just not receive. Everything was working just fine, no settings have changed recently. This is urgent and I need to be able to receive mail.
Trouble wiht email forwarding to hotmail account
One of our users has a hotmail account the email is set to be forwarded to, however she is complaining of receiving only some of the email. Is this an issue with Hotmail or Zoho?

Provide an option to keep the top bar suppressed which shows the Zoho logo, Upgrade | Control Panel | ...
I like to regain window space by keeping this bar suppressed in mail, as done by clicking the Zoho logo. But that has to be done every time I start Zoho mail. An option to keep it suppressed would be nice. Of course restoring the bar with the down arrow next to Apps should be retained. Thanks.

I've created my 1st mail without any problem, but when i try to create a 2nd mail (on defenitions tab), gives me this message (is in portuguese): "Receberá um e-mail de verificação com o código em admin@mycatfishstore.com . Could you help me with this mail server disconnection problem? I'm using your mail service on my wordpress website, with my domain email. Before, when people register on my website or forget the password, there are email notices sent out automatically. Now, it can't connect with zoho mail server,my website can't send register emails to new comer through connecting with smtp.zoho.com. domain verification with Shopify

GoDaddy shows I am pointing to the proper MX servers, but after over 24 hours, I still can't receive mail.
My domain is OneHandtoHold.com. My domain is through GoDaddy and my hosting is through Microweber. I set up Zoho yesterday morning, have checked my MX settings over and over to ensure that they are pointing to Zoho, have deleted all other MX records, and still I can send but not receive email. I would like to suggest an "Add All" option when adding email attachments to Zoho Docs...and/or, have the previous Folder location be the default location for adding additional Attachments in the same email. Hi, my employee use forward email, but some emails not come to tham. I had a bit of trouble with the DNS settings at first (changing the MX records) but finally managed to get it working. Now, I was about to add a New User, but I find I have to pay an extra amount (another $24 per year) for that user. Using Flags & Zoho Sync
Dear Zoho, I recently set-up my Zoho mail account using IMAP so that I could view my emails on my iPhone (iOS 5.0). I was happy to see that using IMAP all my mail was synced. I then saw that Zoho had come out with Zoho Sync using MS exchange server. Excitedly I added my account using the Exchange Server and found that everything was again in sync. One draw back remains. Using the Exchange Server there is no way to mark/flag messages on the iphone. Whereas before using IMAP I could 'flag' messages
