I'm paid plan. I have already set up a CNAME and successfully point to business.zoho.com, the URL correct. However, I found the LOGO still appear ZOHO logo, moreover, once enter insides, the URL is back to mail.zoho.com. How can i settle this problem ? Thanks and regards Kevin
Difficulty with Outlook 2003 (not sending)
I'm using imap with Outlook 2003, two iPads and two iPhones. The IOS systems are working fine and I am able to receive messages from Outlook 2003. However, outbound messages are not working. Outlook indicates that the message is being sent but it hangs and never completes the task. The status message that hangs says the task has completed but the message is sent immediately to the outbox and never departs. Thanks

Hi everyone, This is very frustrating; I'm trying to connect my zoho account to mail, but when mail asks me to enter my username and password mail gives me this message : "Logging to the IMAP server "imap.zoho.com" failed. Make sure the user name and password you entered are correct, then click continue.... My password and username are correct that's for sure, I have tripled checked. Imap is also enabled in zoho. Issues sending mail with iPhone
hi, i know that this has been another topic, but i haven't seen customer-side resolutions. i have configured my email on my iphone5 and can receive mail but cannot send. my account is set up using the imap server and two factor authentication. my outgoing server settings are: host: smtp.zoho.com user name: [mine] password: [tfa] use ssl: on authentificaton: Password server port: 465 when i press done, it goes through its process and verifies everything. but it still won't send an email.

Dear Friends, When I signed up for zoho mail I used a netzero account as my registration email. I want to change this to a Verizon account, because I want to close out my netzero account. How can I accomplish this? Thanks for any advise and a wonderful email program! I was able to change my "primary" email address on the profile tab of the zoho accounts page and delete the netzero account but now I can not add a secondary address . I see invalid current password. when I try to add the Verizon address.

Invitation email password
The invitation for an existing account to be accepted into my Zoho account asks for a password for the current account but doesn't accept the current password. Same with reset. Is it a Zoho account it is looking for? I have not yet been able to set up a Zoho account because it gives me the error "The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization." I get that, but now that I have sent the invitation, how do I get it transferred?

Hi, I am helping a customer set up there email service using you guys (Zoho) He has the free account only because he made it today, he does want to transfer LOTS over so theres money to be made from him.... I have made his account on his behalf and made all the alias, I am aware of the emails to Aliases all go to the same inbox. But the client needs to know if they can login to the alias accounts and reply and stuff, he would like staff to use there own Aliases.

Email to multiple domains
I'm trying to configure email for three different domains. I have the first one running without a problem. When I go into my control panel , my other two have been verified and appear to be active, but I can't seem to receive email in the other two accounts. Should I expect to see all the email in a single inbox or will they have individual boxes. I tried logging in through one of the other domain account but end up essentially in the same place as my first do aim's login. Any suggestions?
Trying to use my own domain for e-mail
I have set up MX records with my DNS site (Domainsite.com) I have also added a 'user' (another email using my domain name.) to the Zoho mail account. The User Details screen in Zoho shows the original user (from when I first set up) and that's not shown as active... the new user I added IS shown as active, but I can't receive e-mails for either user, and I don't have the option to send using the e-mail address of either user. Is this all due to the MX records not being active yet? How can I check
