Migration not recognizing .cf domains
Hi, I'm trying to use the migration tool when setting up a new email account with Zoho, but the email migration tool is not recognizing that SOMETHING.cf (not the actual domain name) as a valid server name. It just keeps saying "Enter a valid Server Name" even though the correct server name is entered. Should the server name be in some special format? There's no indication of formatting so I just entered the server name as SOMETHING.cf

Hello folks, I am struggling with my emails going into users spam folder. I have created SPF records etc with CloudFlare DNS but no luck. Email Address not being pulled into ZOHO mail from CRM
Dear ZOHO Team, While sending emails today, I was shocked to know that I in the "TO/CC/BCC" fields, when I am entering the name of my clients/vendors (whose details are Already in the CRM), the same are not being fetched into the "TO/CC/BCC" fields after typing their name. It very annoying, and affecting our productivity...!!! Kindly resolve the same at an earliest... Its only taking from Zoho mail contacts and not CRM...!!! Kindly resolve..!!!!!

I have verified my domain and checked for everything. Even pointed my MX records but still i am not able to receive and mail on my id. kindly help and refer the screenshot below. Its been almost 2 days now. I have also deleted any previous records.

completely confused how to use zoho
I used outlook years ago but then switched to web based email (after a computer hard drive crashed) and I look everything in outlook. As I am setting up zoho and I am not sure how to access emails? Is everyone just looking into their web based account to access email or should I switch back to microsoft outlook. how to insert html code in outgoing e-mail
hi, there, i plan to use my zoho account to send e-newsletters to my company's opt-in e-mail subscribers and i would like to know how to insert html code when composing an e-mail. i tried searching in the help database, but can't seem to find any info. does anyone know how to insert html code in an outgoing e-mail via zoho? i know that in outlook i can switch between regular view and source code view, and that is how i would paste in my html code, but i couldn't see how to do that in my zoho e-mail.
Folders Not Appearing in Webmail
Recently I have noticed when I create a new folder in Webmail, it doesn't appear. In fact, only about half of my actual folders do show in webmail. However, when I use Outlook all of them are there and visible. I have tried clearing cookies in the browser. I have tried both in Chrome and Safari (I'm on a Mac Probook Mac OSX) and nothing seems to help. Any fixes would be appreciated. Thank you.

Unable to sign in (IMAP/SMTP)
Since this afternoon's mail outage, I've been unable to connect to my email with IMAP or SMTP from multiple devices. Did my account end up in some strange state? I am able to sign up successfully from the web interface, however. FWIW, not knowing this was an outage, I went through a process to change my account password at some point - might that have got something confused? Thanks Adrian

Can't access email via POP or IMAP
Trying for the first time to access via POP or IMAP and I can't connect. I've gone to settings and enabled POP/IMAP access. I checked user name, password and ports over and over again and they seem to be correct but I keep getting vague messages about can't connect and to check my settings. I am trying in both Thunderbird on my PC and an app on my phone. Is there something wrong or am I missing something?

Hi, I'm having trouble setting up our Zoho Mail as we could not receive incoming messages, only outgoing at the moment. Our domain registrar is name.com. I'm using OpenShift as hosting and our MX points to mx.zohomail.com (10) and mx2.zohomail.com (20). Appreciate any help. Thanks.
User unable to send mail
I just created my account. Setting up my personal account worked fine and I was able to link the account to my iPhone and both send and receive email with no issues. The second user I setup was able to link the account to her iPhone and receive mail without issue but is unable to send email and gets the error "The connection to the outgoing server 'smtp.zoho.com' failed." The account was setup using the msync.zoho.com process, so I would assume the authentication for receiving should be the same

exchange account on phone & tablet: mail no longer pushed
In the middle of July I set up exchange accounts for 2 zoho hosted email accounts on my iphone. It worked beautifully. Suddenly, sometime yesterday mails on both accounts stopped being pushed. If I open the mail software, mails are retrieved but I'm using exchange over imap so I don't have to fetch. I checked settings, everything looks exactly the same as it did when I set it up. It's an older iphone (4) so I tested it on an Android tablet as well but it had the same problem. Any ideas?

I have several email addresses on different domain names (matt@domain1.com, matt@domain2.com, matt@domain3.com). Hi, My outgoing mail is blocked. I wonder why this happened? I didn't exceed the bounce limit (10). Maybe somebody got into my account and sent mails on my behalf. How can i learn if this happened or not? Can you unblock it? Thanks.

Where is the email?
I signed up, did all the leg work for email - even got the app working on the phone, but where am I suppose to sign in to read email on my computer? When I click the "Access Mail" button I just get a refresh of the page telling me to "sign up now!" Put simply - Where is Zoho mail? I don't care about the other stuff... I just want my email.
unable to verify the domain
I was unable to verify me as the owner of the nicky.com.np domain through HTML method. connection rejected server timed out using thunderbird
OK. Without my changing anything, several days ago, I'd try to get mail from pop/imap servers on mail.zoho.com account. My yahoo, gmail and all other accounts, connected to servers and downloaded the mail. The account on zoho.com did not. First it was sending a 'connection refused' error message. Then I did a bunch of research and then I found page stating that IMAP Port should be 995 (not the default in Thunderbird of 993), so I double checked and changed the 993 to 995.
