Zoho Mail Mobile - attachments
Hi, I'm having a couple of issues with attachments on Zoho Mail Mobile on iPad and iPhone. 1) When I try to add attachments to Zoho Docs, I get a message "Uploaded Successfully" but these are not appearing in Zoho Docs anywhere. 2) I can't open PDF attachments in Zoho Mail Mobile. I just get a blank greyed out screen and nothing opens. Other attachments seem to open fine, the problem seems to be just with PDF files. Both these things work fine on the Full Zoho Mail site, just not on Mobile. Thanks
Format to whitelist a domain?
Hi! I want to add a domain to my whitelist, i.e., I want to whitelist alice@whatever.com, bob@whatever.com, and anyone else sending from an email address in the domain of whatever.com. Do I type in *@whatever.com, or whatever.com, or @whatever.com? I know that a similar question was asked three years ago, but I didn't understand the answer. Thanks. D.
A serious question about Zoho
I have used your service for a long time and I am just noticing that recently a lot of sites are banning your domain and classifying it as an illegal domain. I find this very troubling to say the least. The latest one to do that is Swagbucks.com and I was told they no longer allow people with your email service on their service EVEN THOUGH I have used your email with them for about 4 years (from day one with them). Does anyone have an idea what is going on and why this is suddenly happening?

I am getting mail;553 Relaying disallowed when trying to send email from my server using Railo (Coldfusion type server). In Railo I have verified that I can connect to one of my zoho email accounts. The server has a fully qualified domain name and the hosts file is setup with the server IP address. I cannot see why ZOHO is throwing this error, can abody help?
Duplicated mails on migration
Hi! I've donde the migration of all my emails from an account on gmail. And it went just fine, except that there are three copies of each mail. How can delete them all togheter, to keep only one of each? Thank you Maria
Allow Blacklisting to Reject (bounce) Emails Instead of Just moving to "spam" folder
The existing spam handling is excellent, but for one huge missing feature. It would be great to allow a blacklist to actually REJECT emails that match it (by domain, email or IP address), bouncing them back to the sender. This would greatly reduce the number of spam emails that accumulate in the spam folder, both because some of the biggest offenders would just get bounced back instead, and because after such repeated bounces, most spammers will give up and remove the offending address from their
Cannot recreate user and email address after deletion
I have deleted the user and email address phongsiri@plsly.comand tried to create it back again. Zoho mail would not allow it to be created. It always said the email and user have already registered. Can you please advise how to fix this issue? Thank you!

Zoho mail doesn't sync on iPhone
I have a problem with my iPhone and its two email accounts (hosted on zoho mail) with IMAP. Since a few days, I started getting the error message: “The mail server “imap.zoho.com” is not responding” occasionally, on both accounts, even if SSL is turned on and all other configurations match the online help, and the accounts don’t sync. Has anything changed recently or do I have to check something else? It used to work fine up to last week. Thanks for your help!
Email replies going to my zoho.com email address instead of my business one.
Some replies to emails sent from my business address are going to the zoho.com address. This does not happen all the time, so I have no idea how to correct this. Unfortunately, they are always important emails I need to act upon promptly, and I do not check this address habitually. Either way, I do not want people to have the zoho address anyway. Bouncing E-mails and Blocking Policy
Hello there! I'm not sure whether my first request has arrived so I'm writing it again and again :) I really like your service and it was a lifesaver for me last week, but my users are getting blocked because of bouncing e-mails they had sent. We are trying to communicate with a group of specific people whose e-mail addresses may have changed somehow. Can you please add an exception for my users so they will be able to use their accounts properly? The domain is "isbyazilim.com" Thank you.
Gmail email POP3 issue using Outlook 2010 - Not getting then on pc when zoho mail is attached
Gmail and our outlook has been working just fine. Been using it POP3 for years, We need to keep the data files for security reasons.So we cant use IMAP When I originally set up the CRM and the mail, The outgoing was fine but nothing came in, Then I found the trick to getting the 2 way email responses to work under the mail addon app. The next day I realized something,, I had no new emails in my outlook,nothing changed I just attached the Zoho Mail app from the CRM to my Gmail emails POP settings.

Hi, My client have problems using outlook 2010 with multiples accounts of zoho mail @hisdomain.com There are aprox. 15 accounts, and outlook work very slooow, and have problems with headers of mails, I mean, when recibe a mail from example@mail.com, and want answer, outlook put exampleanother@mail.com to anser mail, but exampleanother@mail.com is a mail account of another client, no is a header with response to this mail.... is a outlook - zoho problems Any idea or solutions? First I like to say that I have been contacting support numerous times via phone and email for some weeks now with no response. Because my computer recently crashed not once, but twice...I have gone to checking my emails on-line rather than use a program like Outlook to download to my computer. I cannot believe how much spam there is. The spam filter is catching all of it, but the shear volume. Is there anything I can do to reduce the level of spam; or is it just once they get an email address, it never ever stops? thanks wbriggs

I am unable to send emails using the Apple Mail 7.3 desktop client. I'm receiving emails fine. I have checked the settings several times and deleted and recreated the account several times with no luck.

Number of External POP Clients
I recently signed up for your Free/Lite email hosting. Today, while checking mail I clicked on an 'Upgrade' link and got taken to this page: https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/index.do?tabmode=subscription This item really caught my eye: "No. of external POP clients (Outlook, Thunderbird)" is 1 for the free hosting, but unlimited for all others. What does this really mean? The free hosting can have up to 5 users but only 1 user can access mail via an external POP client? Or does it mean something else?

(Note: For security purposes I'm using example.com in place of my own domain). Now, the Mail MX records for that domain point to 'SpamExperts.Com's' SPAM filtering service, so all emails go there first. I don't want to change that. We recently sign on to Zoho for mail hosting. We have been using it for 2 days before our first issue started yesterday. We can send but can't receive emails. Normally with our old provider we would have an answer/solution within an hour of putting in a support call. Not here. Outgoing mail on iPhone
I'm having a problem sending mail from my iPhone through Apple Mail. I am using my own domain, and noticed on my computer that for the outgoing SMTP, I had to use smtp.zoho.com:myemailaddress in order for outgoing mail to be sent out. When I try to do the same on my iPhone, it seems to default to smtp.zoho.com even when I type in the : followed by my email address. I think I have followed the instructions on the help page, and it isn't working. Help!

Email sending ok but not receiving - own domain
Hi, I've already gotten my domain verified and edited the MX settings so that i can use zohomail with my domain. I could send it out email, but I couldn't receive it any.
