delay in receiving emails using outlook program
I have email linked to outlook program, the email messages show quickly when I browse my mail from https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do but it takes long time to display in outlook program!
I can't send e-mails to myself?
This is the first time I've had this issue with Zoho. But from this address: c (at) starbs (dot) net I cannot send emails to myself. I can however from another Zoho account
Internal mail forwarding
Hello! I have an issue with Zoho Mail (free plan). I set up mail forwarding for my accounts and in general the forwarding works OK (5 min delay is a bit annoying). However, there is an issue when I send a mail from one account to another within the same domain (for ex.: admin@mydomain.com sends to user@mydomain.com), it simply doesn't forward to the email of destination account. Outgoing Mail Blocked Daily. Please HELP.
Hi there, My email address is info@myhautecloset.com which I use for my business emails. Every day I receive roughly 4-6 notifications of my outgoing mail being blocked. The most recent stating that I've exceeded the file size allowed for an email and I'm blocked from 6/22-6/30 and that it can only be unblocked if I am a paid subscriber. To: address on draft e-mail is lost if you leave Draft screen
I noticed if you draft an e-mail and save it, then move to another screen and return to the Draft screen, the To: field is empty. Steps to replicate: 1) Create a new draft e-mail message. 2) Fill in To, Subject, and Message Body. 3) Save Draft. 4) Go to Inbox. 5) Return to Draft folder (notice the e-mail address displays here) 6) Open the draft and notice that the e-mail address is blank. A webmail notifier that works with Zoho!
To all those who wish they could be notified of new mail, I chanced upon an update of Howard E-Mail Notifier (version 1.25, June 09 2014) which now works with Zoho (as well as Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo and others). What is more, it is freeware. I have installed it on my two computers and it works very satisfactorily. Unlike other notifiers I have used previously, such as Poppy and PopMan, this one is extremely simple to set up. The install puts an icon in your tray and you right-click on it for Options.
Can't receive emails but can send after following all directions
I have changed the CNAME to point to zmverify.zoho.com and changed the MX records where my domain is hosted at GoDaddy. I made sure that ZOHO was the only MX records and made the values identical to the instructions. This was changed over 24 hours ago and still no incoming. Everything on this end looks good to me. Forwards not working anymore!
I have two different forwarded accounts we use for our business, and they are not working! This is critical to us... I sent two different e-mails at 11:42 am and 11:30 am. Neither arrived. Luckily, I just received an e-mail from a client, but it was back-dated 27 minutes ago. Help?

I can't get passed the internal ad page "Take control of your inbox". When I click "access zoho mail" it just sends me to the same page. When I click "Get started Now" to access new features it does the same thing.
Syncing imported contact into iOS devices
Hi, I am a new user of Zoho mail and the issue I am having is that if I import all my contacts into Zoho Contacts from a .csv file, they never sync into my iPhone. I have "hidden" all the contacts on my iPhone except for the Zoho contacts. If I add a new contact it syncs over but none of my imported contacts will. I have even tried to modify a contact slightly and then save it to see if a change and save will force it to sync but not luck. Your assistance is appreciated. Unless I can get my contacts

E-mails downloaded via exchange server: "this message has no content"
Hi, A few weeks ago, I set up an MS Exchange access to my Zoho account on my iPhone, as explained here: http://zsync.zohosites.com/iPhone.html The mails and calendar have been syncing perfectly until 3h hours ago. Now, the e-mails I receive on my iPhone are all empty and all show "this message has no content" and "This message has not be downloaded from the server". I have to go online to get the content. I also noted that Zoho webmail does not use my company logo, but the default Zoho business logo:

Approaching email limit
Hi, I have received two emails telling me that I am approaching my 5GB mail limit. When I log in, I see that i have used 67%, however, I seem to not be able to reduce this figure. My inbox is 11%, sent mail 10%, etc, etc, added up they don't come to 67%.... I've deleted loads of emails, still 67%, deleted all archived mail, still 67%, what am I missing? And what do I need to do to reduce the size of my mailbox.

Unable to set outlook 2007 and unable to create email address from my domain
Recently bought a package, I tried to set outlook, but unable because they require password all the times. Why when I start an email with the email address for the recipient and then I SAVE DRAFT and when I go to drafts to open it the recipients email address has dropped off. This has not happened BEFORE!
Incoming mail delay in Entourage for Mac 2008
Hi, I have recently started using Zoho Mail. Everything seems fine but I am facing delays in receiving emails on my Entourage for Mac. Issue with Outlook for Mac
The last few days I experienced problems by using Outlook for Mac (Office 365` for Mac). Hello, I seem to be having trouble setting up IMAP email in Thunderbird and my iPhone. I keep getting a "check username or password" error for both. So far I've: 1. migrating emails downloaded to zoho via pop3
This account has several pop3 accounts configured to download email and delete from the host server. So the only existing copies of these emails are in zoho. I'd like to migrate them to another host. I just switched my mail from Go Daddy to Zoho. I have changed the MX records and they test ok through MXtoolbox.com: In fact, two of the email addresses at that domain are receiving email.
