Problem sending referral invite

Can't Open Mail Account for User
One of my three domain users is called 'LEJ'. When I try to set up an email account for LEJ, I'm told that the name must be at least 6 characters. Why does Zoho let us set up users which cannot send or receive email? What am I missing? /Mr Lynn
outgoing blocked again
may outgoing as been blocked again: Your Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Daily Recipient count exceeds limit [Total Recipients=1,066] I´ve ony sent 4 mails to 110 reciepients at all - so what is the reason? And if I had sent mails to too much people, why is the account not unblocked the next day? So can you please unblock my outgoing again.
Who issues incoming & outgoing server addresses?
I bought my domain at "#1". It's being hosted at "# 2". I want Zoho.com for my mail client ("#3"). Where do I go for the incoming & outgoing server addresses? Where I bought it...where I host it, or where I go to receive my email? Do they come from the same place or separate places? Thank you in advance.

Cannot access email, or connect client.
I'm having an emergency. Email doesn't seem to be working. Cannot connect with my mail client anymore. Trying to get access to view email in the web admin but to no avail. Pasted image is not visible in received message
Hi. If I paste an image into a message it looks OK when I send it. But the image is not visible to the recipient using Zoho mail. If the recipient uses a different mail client the image is displayed correctly. Steps to reproduce. Compose a new message using rich text. Copy and paste an image from another application. The image is pasted into the email and looks perfectly OK. Hit send. When the mail is received the image is missing. If you examine the message source, you can see that the image data

Trouble seeing to the end of the window when adding an email account
I'm trying to add another POP3 email account, and i can scroll within the incoming server details window, and press "test account" then go to outgoing mail servers and there isn't a scroll bar to see to the bottom to press "ok" or whatever is there. Even when I tab to the next field it doesn't scroll down, I press enter and cross my fingers it doesn't work.. I'm doing this on a Mac 13inch... not sure if that comes into it or not. Cheers

When I first set up my Zoho email account, I used a work address, thinking I could easily change it later. I can't see where to do this, I would like to change it to one of my own addresses in case I leave the company.

Hi, I'm having problems with my account. I set it up a few months ago and tested it – all seemed fine. Today I tried to sign up to Twitter and they sent a verification email to my account which I have not received. I then tested my Zoho account by sending a test email from my Gmail and it failed. I assume this means that any clients that have tried to contact me have also been unable to email me. I can supply you with the 'technical details of the permanent failure' if needed. Cannot send - receive email between zoho/custom domain
It has been many hours since I setup zoho / domain / mx records (validation ok). I can send and receive emails from outside zoho/geoerga.gr (e.g. hostgator, yahoo etc), but I cannot receive emails between 2 accounts @geoerga.gr... message says it was sent, but never appears in recipient mailbox @geoerga.gr.... Hi there, This is my first time with zoho mail, and I started a new account and have added my domain aulocalreviews.com My DNS is managed through AWS Route 53. I have added the MX records and they seem to work fine. I have used TTL to 1 min. Now having problems receiving emails in the account. Added 3 different email accounts, when I try to send emails to all those accounts and the status is delivered but I am not getting emails in the zoho inbox. Or do I need to configure outlook or something

Help!! I'm being targeted by hackers, they are attempting to use my email to send spam with verified SMTP calls from Yahoo server.. Someone hacked my email and verified SMTP outgoing emails from their yahoo account pretending they're me! I updated my password, and changed my security question.. but there's no certified way where I can invalidate SMTP certificates that were issued :S What can I do so he can't send in my name to others!?

Spam email -possible to block a small country?
The general spam filter Zoho uses has been very good, but in the last week a BUNCH of spam emails from the small country Palau which is the .pw extention, have been getting through. I want to block the whole country. Can this be done in Zoho? I know it can in MS Outlook. Thanks, Paul

I am am able to get logged into the account on the ipad, but there is no mail there. When I go to the zoho mail app there are 1000 emails in the inbox? why can't I see the zoho email on the phone using the imap account settings:? Michael.
Filter on Delivered-To Field
Please add the ability to filter on the Delivered-To field, not just To/CC. This would allow me to apply rules for e-mails that were sent to a particular address by BCC. Also, it would be great if we could filter on the ENTIRE header (or ANYWHERE in header). Is this something Zoho could add? Thanks!

RE mails problem
Hello there, I'm new with Zoho and i've got a problem, when i send mails to my zoho address, i receive them, but when i respond to a mail sent from my zoho address to an other adress, i receive nothing. Is there a way to fix that? is there a configuration missing?
Sorting by the "From" field
It would be nice if we could sort our email by the "From" field in the inbox and by the "To" field in the sent folder. Currently, we can only sort by date, but sometimes I want to find all emails that I've received from or sent to a certain person. that means that instead of sorting, I have to trust my eyes to pick the email out while scrolling (and scrolling and scrolling). Please consider this. Thank you for Zoho mail. I appreciate having a mailbox where I'm not being spammed all the time.

Email -can I block emails from a small country?
Usually Zoho catches nearly all my spam, but lately a BUNCH of spam from domains ending in .pw (country of Palau in the west Pacific) have been coming into my regular email and I want to block everything from that country if possible. Any way? I know it can be done in MS Outlook. Thanks, Paul

Labels or Folders in Zoho Mail Suite
Hello, I really like the Zoho Mail Suite and I am trying to understand the best use for folders and labels. Currently I have email setup so I can label each message by customer account... but now I'm thinking it may be better to use email Folders for each customer account. How does the email archive feature come into play. Will folders take up more space than archived messages with a label applied? Thanks, John
