forwarding an e-mail
i can't figure out how to forward an e-mail to several contacts at once. when i try to do this, a window comes up with a-z in it, and i have to find my contacts one by one. isn't there a way to see all my contacts at once, and check which ones i want to forward the e-mail to? i can do this if i write a new e-mail, but can't seem to do this when i want to forward an e-mail. thanx...
SMTP with gnus & zoho
I've tried to send mail via smtp.zoho.com with various versions of gnus, but it inevitably times out with an SMTP not running error. email isn't accessable?
I can login to my Zoho account but I can't access my email. When I select the mail app it asks me for configuration data for an external account when I have always used the @zoho.com domain. I usually don't use the website interface to access my email - but I do login frequently using Outlook. Has my email been disabled? Thanks for your help.

How do i get email from my old email address to my new zoho account
I am trying to have all my messages from my old aol account forwarded to my new zoho account so then i dont have to check 2 different addresses and so some people who know my old email account can still send emails to the old address but it will come to my new inbox. Can anyone help me with this?
Mail & Calander down for 2 days now
The mail & calendar view is frozen... has been for nearly 3 days. this morning I have receive over 350 emails for the same appointment alert. Cannot open main or calendar view on any machine or browser. Am I the only one having this problem? Calendar view just shows... 'loading' and mail view just freezes. Received 10 email alerts for that appoint since I started typing this post.
Can't get to mail after sign in
I have successfully signed into my mail account. It shows my username but does not give the the usual Account button to get to mail. I've used Chrome and Safari on MAC notebook with Snow Leopard. It comes in fine on my phone and worked fine until I shut down my computer earlier today and now it simply will not let me into mail.

Where is my hosted email?
I have my own domain name via wordpress.com and am trying to use zoho to host the email. I went through all the steps, verified the domain and the inbox at my zoho page only has email from: me@zoho.com Nowhere can I find the me@mywebsite.com email that I set up!!!! Moving Mail to other accounts
I am wondering how to move the emails in one account to another account. For example, suppose we have an account for tom@c-ville.com and he has 300 emails in his account. If Tom leaves the company, and we create a new account for his replacement, Jill, under jill@c-ville.com, how do we get all of Tom's 300 old emails into Jill's new account so she can look them over and have access to them? In other words, how can I delete Tom's old account but retain access to his old emails, preferably in Jill's
Mail not working
I go to mail.zoho.com and mail is not there! I tried a couple of different browsers. I have been using zoho mail for the last 2 years.
HTML Emails and Android
I have a Droid 4. Zoho syncs mail, calendar, and contacts just fine. But my mail does not show HTML emails on the phone. Only if i access zoho via the web. I cannot find a setting on the phone to enable HTML emails - so I'm assuming the plaintext push is being done on the zoho end. Am i incorrect with this?

zoho mail sent folder problems
I am creating a few things in zoho for the business I work for and currently a few things aren't working and i was wondering if I could get assistance on how to make it work. This is my problem, when i send an email from zoho email it shows up in the sent folder which is what i want obviously but the problem i have is when I sent an email from the contact tab under the module it doesn't show up in the sent file under zoho email even though I am sending the email through the same account (leonardusa@zoho.com).

So here is the sequence I followed. I clicked on "sign up" of the LITE (always free) business email option. It says you must own a domain to proceed email hosting, and I do have it and that is the reason I am here to host mydomain.com email accounts ( to start with 3 free accounts of my company domain.) now it asks to create an account with zoho.com, I created. Where is my domain?
I set up to use my own domain name a couple of weeks ago, but now have no idea where it is how how to find it. I log in under my original Zoho e-mail account, where I thought access to it was located, but see nothing there. Moving Emails to Zoho Business from 1and1.com
Currently I have my IMAP mail hosted on 1and1.com servers. I'd like to open a business account with Zoho, and move 1.3 G of email to Zoho. The domain will remain at 1and1. Is it possible to move the email directly from 1and1 to Zoho. I am supposed to have all email on my computer, but I noticed that once in a while Thunderbird starts downloading files into the folders that I haven't touch for years. So, I am not sure that I have the entire archive on my computer. Thanks
IMAP zoho keep blocking Thunderbird
Whenever I open my thunderbird, Zoho disabled my IMAP. Then I enable it, and it goes back to disable again whenever i tried opening thunderbird. I am using thunderbird to insert HTML template to my email.

I can login in my account but I cannot access mail
I have a very rarely @zoho.com used account. I can login to that account and when I login I can use anything active EXCEPT for the mail. When I select the mail it asks me configuration data for an external account (I don't want an external account, I want the @zoho.com personal account) If I sent an email from a different account, I get 550 550 5.1.1 <xxxx@zoho.com>... Forwarded icon disappear in thunderbird
Hi, from 1 week all the emails that I forwarded has got no blue arrow in thunderbird - up to date version and no themes and no addons. This icon was signalling the forwarding action,so now I don't now what emails I forwarded and what not. I use imap so the fw infos are in email headers, so I think that is not a client problem. In web mail I see everything good (forwarded emails with the appropriate icon). So: did you have done something in that sense? Do you know why this problem? Do you know how

Sorting by the "From" field
It would be nice if we could sort our email by the "From" field in the inbox and by the "To" field in the sent folder. Currently, we can only sort by date, but sometimes I want to find all emails that I've received from or sent to a certain person. that means that instead of sorting, I have to trust my eyes to pick the email out while scrolling (and scrolling and scrolling). Please consider this. Thank you for Zoho mail. I appreciate having a mailbox where I'm not being spammed all the time.
imap: can I turn off zoho's sent folder?
Hi All, When zoho copies my messages to its sent folder it removes my Bcc's. I can have Thunderbird handle the sent folder on its own without any help from zoho's server and Thunderbird will retain my Bcc recipients. Can I turn off zoho's copy to sent folder so I don't get two copies if I turn my Thunderbird sent echo back on? Many thanks. -T

Dear Zoho, I am not a professional techy by any stretch but I believe I have followed the instructions accurately and I am still having problems with all of mail accounts. What I have done: - updated my domain with Zoho. - added users - added pop3 accounts for each - mapped the mx records - worked accordingly for one day, now not one user is receiving mail Please investigate with your utmost of speed as I'm sure you understand these are our business emails... and if for nothing more, its Christmas.
