Impossible to send email : SMTP error
Hello Zoho Team, Since some days, I've this message after trying sending emails : Unable to connect SMTP server:auth.smtp.1and1.fr Reason:Unknown host: and when I'm trying to fetch, I've this message : Problem in connecting to the mail server and after changing my password on server I've this message when I want to update my POP account : Account is not valid But when I'm using Mail program from my Macbook, it works fine. Can you check what is going wrong on the web interface ? Thanks Daniel

Does Zoho mail dowload messages even when offline?
My question is as above because i have noticed that new messages downloaded via my IMAP client at home appear as READ even if i haven't seen them yet. The only thing i can think of that is causing this is Zoho downloading them even when i'm logged out of Zoho, thus the message is marked as READ on the server before i have downloaded them at home. Any thoughts?
Unable to Export emais in EML format.

contact search
Hi there, if you compose an email in Zoho business, and then click on the "address book" item to search for a contact, it used to search all fields, at least until a few days ago. Now it appears to only seach the field "First name", and not all the other fields like Last Name or Nick Name. Is this a newly introduced bug? Thanks Thomas
CNAME records - cloaking the URL
Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to add some CNAME records so that, instead of my employees accessing company.business.zoho.com they could simply access something like "intrasite.company.com" I am not looking for a redirection, as I would like for the URL in the address bar to keep referring to my company. Allowed Domains option in Control Panel->Mail Policy->Mail Restrictions is not working properly
I created a mail policy with a single domain name "yahoo.com" as the only "allowed domain" for that policy. I applied this policy to a user in my organization. Later, I logged in as that user. I tried to send a mail to an id in "hotmail.com" domain and expected to receive an error but the mail application did not report the restriction and sent the mail. I tried this feature several times by recreating the policy, logging back in etc., but it never worked. I believe there is a bug in the "allowed
Color mail in Inbox list
I can not find function where I could mark mail and put color to by filter or custom rules. I know that there is some indicator between sender column and subject column but it seems it's not enough for me. It should be more highlithed I will be very appreciated if you make such feature. zoho desktop task list
My tasks appear on the desktop in reverse order. So, I can see tasks due in two weeks but not the tasks due today. This sort of defeats the purpose of having the tasks on the desktop. How can I fix this? The settings only offer me the choice of how many tasks to list, not in what order.

Hello. I love Zoho enough to want to make it better! Since you are already implementing a way for birthdays to appear in calendar....would it be possible to add another date with a user defined definition for that contact....such as "Marriage" or "Deceased". Problem with imported pop3 account.
Hi there, I've a problem when importing a POP3 account wich requires a different authentication when sending e-mails through SMTP. In the SMTP settings I must write the username with this format: domain\username The backslash (\) is mandatory and everytime I write in the configuration of the imported account the backslash, it's saved correctly, but when I go to the configuration again the backslash had dissapeared showing the domain and the username together. Can't receive email
I just setup domain based email for the following two accounts. 1) profitwisecpa.com 2) profitwiseaccounting.com I made changes to the MX record at my DNS Host which is onlinenic.com. One of our company's users (CEO) had a large number of emails sent to one person accidently (client issues, virus?). Now Zoho has blocked his account and he can't send email. I've submitted a support request yesterday morning, but haven't heard back. Can we get this resolved. We really need this email working, badly. Thank you!
smtp configuration not working
I have been using Z mail for about a year without a hitch. tonight I cannot connect to my smtp server anymore to send emails. When I try to edit my smtp settings in my pop3account settings, all i get is an empty red error msg. I have tested sending emails thru that smtp server from my apple mail client no problems. I just cannot get zmail to connect. Zmail is retrieving mail from my pop3 server no problems. any ideas? thanks Luke
Email datestamp and arrival
My email is appearing in my Inbox at least 1 hour after the being sent by my clients. I had a client on the West Coast send me an email this morning at 8:15 am. Issue reading emails
Hello, I've an issue reading my emails as it keeps loading and I have to see it in a pop up window, when press reply it just open a reply page with non-writeble text area, I tried it from more than 1 pc and different kinds of browsers. This issue is happening since yesterday only, before that it was all ok. Note: Even through IMAP i have the same issue with messages. Wish you can solve this and thanks for your support
Catch All & Forward to multiple addresses

I saw an earlier post regarding a 'Catch All' address that can be setup so all non-assigned email addresses for a domain can be sent to one inbox (IE: if you have joe@mycompany.com and bob@mycompany.com, but someone sends to mike@mycompany.com, it will be sent to one of the folders. Switching over my existing email account to zoho
Currently, our company email account is hosted with Intermedia.net on a shared exchange server using IMAP and website hosting. We currently have two domain names that point to the same place. www.ipsgroup.com and www.ipsgroupinc.biz and want to ensure that we can have the same setup with zoho. I wanna to forward some mails but I don't have column with info. of package size. Some post servers don't accept mail above size limits /10 MB, 20 MB and more/. There should be a way to see mail size before forward.

Creating ZOHO user using API
My organization maintains the list of employee in LDAP. Now I want all the employees of LDAP to be in ZOHO as ZOHO users. For that I wanna use my application to post a request to ZOHO. When a new employee joins the company and fills the joining form, the ZOHO user for him should get created. Can I do that using any of ZOHO API?
